Description
Claims (14)
- 走行するマルチフィラメント糸、特に合成糸において仮撚りを生ぜしめるための仮撚り装置において使用される摩擦円板であって、糸が摩擦円板の摩擦面の上を通過する形式のものにおいて、摩擦円板(1)はその摩擦面(4)に、該摩擦面(4)を減じる少なくとも1つの切欠きを有していることを特徴とする摩擦円板。
- 前記切欠きは溝(6)である、請求項1記載の摩擦円板。
- 前記溝(6)は、摩擦円板(1)の周面に環状に延びるように形成されている、請求項1記載の摩擦円板。
- 前記摩擦面(4)は2つの溝(6)を有している、請求項2又は3記載の摩擦円板。
- 前記摩擦面(4)は丸く面取りされている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
- 糸走路の領域において前記摩擦面(4)の表面粗さRaは、0.1〜2μmの間、有利には0.85μmである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
- 摩擦円板の材料が酸化セラミックである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
- 前記材料は酸化アルミニウムである、請求項7記載の摩擦円板。
- 摩擦円板の材料が金属又はプラスチックである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
- 単数又は複数の溝が、ねじ山のように螺旋形状に、摩擦円板の周面に延在して設けられている、請求項2から9までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
- 単数又は複数の溝の延在方向が、摩擦円板の回転方向と同方向又は逆方向である、請求項10記載の摩擦円板。
- 単数又は複数の溝が、単条又は複数条である、請求項10又は11記載の摩擦円板。
- 単数又は複数の溝の始端部と終端部とが、軸方向で見て、互いに合致しているか又は互いにずらされて位置している、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
- 1つの溝の螺条が、1回転よりも短いか、1回転か、又は1回転よりも長い、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の摩擦円板。
