・窒化ホウ素摺動ラッカーによる走行路のコーティング
・摺動ペースト又は懸濁液としての窒化ホウ素の適用
・バレル研磨による粉末の形態の窒化ホウ素の適用
・窒化ホウ素及び高温グリースの混合(窒化ホウ素は熱分解後に固体潤滑剤として走行路に残留する)
・窒化ホウ素と硫化モリブデン、グラファイト及びPTFEとの混合が可能である
・窒化ホウ素とポリシロキサンとの混合
・グラファイト、ポリシロキサン及び水の混合
・グラファイトとポリシロキサンとの混合
・グラファイト、窒化ホウ素及びポリシロキサンの混合
・粘度温度係数は、0.5と0.7の間、好ましくは0.6と0.62の間である。
・蒸発熱は、最大で200℃で150と300J/gの間、好ましくは220と240J/gの間である。
・0.5mbarでの沸点は、100と300℃の間、好ましくは150と230℃の間である。
・DIN51583に従った流動点は、−50と10℃の間、好ましくは−30と−10℃の間である。
・DIN51376に従った引火点は、230と370℃の間、好ましくは275と321℃の間である。
・DIN51794に従った発火点は、400℃超、好ましくは420℃超である。
・AST−D−445に従った滴点は、−80℃と−30℃の間、好ましくは−65℃と−50℃の間である。

Claims (31)
- 互いに対して移動することができ、転動要素(4)によって互いに摺動する少なくとも2つのレール(2、3)を備える、特にオーブン用の引出しスライド(1)において、転動要素(4)の走行路(6、8)がレール(2、3)の少なくとも一部の領域で窒化ホウ素及び/又はポリシロキサンを含有する潤滑剤(7)によって潤滑されることを特徴とする引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が摺動ペースト、分散液又は懸濁液として適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が粉末状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が窒化ホウ素及びグラファイトの混合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 窒化ホウ素が5%と30%の間の質量分率w(窒化ホウ素)、好ましくは10%と20%の間の質量分率w(窒化ホウ素)で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が高温グリースを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が食品グレードのグリースを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)がシリコーン化合物としてシリコーンペースト、シリコーングリース及び/又はシリコーン油を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が硫化モリブデンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)がポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が振動研磨により組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が600℃超の耐温度性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)がチキソトロピーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が50〜1500mm2/s、好ましくは100〜1000mm2/sの粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 潤滑剤(7)が25℃で20〜22mN/m、好ましくは20.9〜21.2mN/mの表面張力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の引出しスライド。
- 特に家庭用電気製品の器具用の潤滑剤において、潤滑剤(7)が窒化ホウ素及び/又はポリシロキサンを含有し、−50℃〜600℃超の耐温度性を有することを特徴とする、潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤(7)が粉末状であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤(7)が摺動ペースト、分散液又は懸濁液として適用されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤(7)が窒化ホウ素及びグラファイトの混合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 窒化ホウ素が5%と30%の間の質量分率w(窒化ホウ素)、好ましくは10%と20%の間の質量分率w(窒化ホウ素)で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項16〜19のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤(7)がシリコーン化合物としてシリコーンペースト、シリコーングリース及び/又はシリコーン油を含有することを特徴とする、請求項16〜20のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤(7)がポリジメチルシロキサンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項16〜21のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤が0.1μm〜8μmの寸法範囲の窒化ホウ素及び/又はグラファイト粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項16〜22のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 潤滑剤が実質的に窒化ホウ素、グラファイト及びシリコーン油及び/又はシリコーンペースト及び/又はシリコーングリースの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項16〜23のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 窒化ホウ素が20%と30%の間の質量分率w(窒化ホウ素)、好ましくは25%の質量分率w(窒化ホウ素)で含有され、グラファイトが20%と30%の間の質量分率w(グラファイト)、好ましくは25%の質量分率w(グラファイト)で含有され、シリコーン油が45%と55%の間の質量分率w(シリコーン油)、好ましくは50%の質量分率w(シリコーン油)で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の潤滑剤。
- 窒化ホウ素及び/又はグラファイト粒子が摩擦要素の表面に入り込んだ後に家庭用及び産業用食器洗浄器に対する耐性を有することを特徴とする、請求項23〜25のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤。
- 窒化ホウ素及び/又はポリシロキサンを含有し、−50℃〜600℃超の耐温度性を有する潤滑剤(7)で潤滑されることを特徴とする特に家庭用電気製品用の器具。
- 請求項16〜26のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑剤(7)で潤滑されることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の器具。
- 例えば家庭用電気製品の扉用の蝶番であることを特徴とする請求項27又は28に記載の器具。
- 例えば家庭用電気製品の蝶番用の折り畳み機構であることを特徴とする請求項27又は28に記載の器具。
- 食品調理用電気製品の食品支持台用又は食品貯蔵装置の引出し用の引出しスライドであることを特徴とする、請求項27又は28に記載の器具。
