Abstract
Description
(a) ポリイソブチレン40〜60重量%、
(b) (メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー60〜40重量%、および
(c) 添加剤0〜10重量%を含む。
(a) ポリイソブチレン45〜55重量%、
(b) (メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー55〜45重量%、および
(c) 添加剤0〜5重量%を含む。
(a) ポリイソブチレン45〜55重量%、
(b) (メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー55〜45重量%、および
(c) 添加剤0重量%を含む。
(a) 前記ポリイソブチレン、前記(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー、および場合により前記添加剤を提供する工程、および
(b) 均質な混合物を得ながら、工程(a)で提供された成分を混合する工程、および
(c) 工程(b)で得られた混合物を成形する工程。
表1に示す本発明の感圧接着剤を製造した。これらの感圧接着剤のいずれも添加剤を含まなかった。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも一つのポリイソブチレン、少なくとも一つの(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー、および場合により添加剤を含み、その際、感圧接着剤における該ポリイソブチレンの割合が、前記感圧接着剤の重量に対して少なくとも10重量%である、感圧接着剤。
- 前記感圧接着剤における前記ポリイソブチレンの割合が、前記感圧接着剤の重量に対して少なくとも25重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記感圧接着剤における前記ポリイソブチレンの割合が、前記感圧接着剤の重量に対して少なくとも45重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記感圧接着剤における前記添加剤の割合が、前記感圧接着剤の重量に対して0〜10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- ポリイソブチレンと、前記(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーとの重量比が、前記感圧接着剤中の、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたはポリ(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーに対するポリイソブチレンの全重量に基づいて、5:1〜1:5にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- ポリイソブチレンと、(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーとの重量比が、前記感圧接着剤中の(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーに対するポリイソブチレンの全重量に基づいて、2:1〜1:2にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- ポリイソブチレンと、(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーとの重量比が、前記感圧接着剤中の(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーに対するポリイソブチレンの全重量に基づいて、1.5:1〜1:1.5にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記感圧接着剤の重量に基づいて、
(a) ポリイソブチレン40〜60重量%、
(b) (メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー60〜40重量%、および
(c) 添加剤0〜10重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。 - 前記感圧接着剤の重量に基づいて、
(a) ポリイソブチレン45〜55重量%、
(b) (メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー55〜45重量%、および
(c) 添加剤0〜5重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。 - 前記感圧接着剤の重量に基づいて、
(a) ポリイソブチレン45〜55重量%、
(b) (メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー55〜45重量%、および
(c) 添加剤0重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。 - 電子線硬化に供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記ポリイソブチレンが、500,000以上の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記ポリイソブチレンが、800,000以上の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記ポリイソブチレンが、1,000,000以上の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤を製造するための方法であって、
(a) 前記ポリイソブチレン、前記(メタ)アクリレートポリマーまたは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマー、および場合により前記添加剤を提供する工程、および
(b) 均質な混合物を得ながら、工程(a)で提供された成分を混合する工程、および
(c) 工程(b)で得られた混合物を成形する工程、
を含む、上記方法。 - 工程(c)における混合物が、支持体上に供され、そしてその場で層に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 混合物が電子線処理に供されることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 前記電子線処理が、前記混合物の成形に引き続いて遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤の接着テープのための使用。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着剤のマスキングテープのための使用。
