Abstract
【解決手段】加熱炉1は、被加熱物100を加熱する炉内空間30と、炉内空間30を形成する内壁面40と、を備え、内壁面40は、炉内空間30内の被加熱物100を挟んで互いに対向する第1の内壁面41および第2の内壁面42を有し、第1の内壁面41は、被加熱物100の搬送方向Tの上流側に第1の傾斜部41aを有すると共に搬送方向Tの下流側に第2の傾斜部41bを有し、第2の内壁面42は、搬送方向Tの上流側に第3の傾斜部42aを有すると共に搬送方向Tの下流側に第4の傾斜部42bを有している。

Claims (11)
- 被加熱物を加熱する炉内空間と、
前記炉内空間を形成する内壁面と、を備え、
前記内壁面は、前記炉内空間内の被加熱物を挟んで互いに対向する第1の内壁面および第2の内壁面を有し、
前記第1の内壁面は、前記被加熱物の搬送方向の上流側に第1の傾斜部を有すると共に前記搬送方向の下流側に第2の傾斜部を有し、
前記第2の内壁面は、前記搬送方向の上流側に第3の傾斜部を有すると共に前記搬送方向の下流側に第4の傾斜部を有し、
前記第1の傾斜部および前記第2の傾斜部は、前記第1の内壁面の中心から前記搬送方向に沿って遠ざかるに従って漸次前記第2の内壁面に近づくように形成され、
前記第3の傾斜部および前記第4の傾斜部は、前記第2の内壁面の中心から前記搬送方向に沿って遠ざかるに従って漸次前記第1の内壁面に近づくように形成されることを特徴とする、
加熱炉。 - 前記第1の傾斜部および前記第2の傾斜部は、互いに対称に形成され、
前記第3の傾斜部および前記第4の傾斜部は、互いに対称に形成されることを特徴とする、

請求項1または2に記載の加熱炉。 - 前記第1の内壁面および前記第2の内壁面は、前記搬送方向に直交する方向の寸法が、前記搬送方向の寸法以上に形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の加熱炉。 - 前記第1の内壁面または前記第2の内壁面に配置され、熱を発する発熱面によって前記被加熱物を加熱する加熱装置をさらに備え、
前記加熱装置は、前記第1の内壁面における前記第1の内壁面の中心よりも前記搬送方向の上流側もしくは下流側、または前記第2の内壁面における前記第2の内壁面の中心よりも前記搬送方向の上流側もしくは下流側に配置されると共に、前記発熱面が前記炉内空間の中心側に向くように傾斜して配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の加熱炉。 - 前記加熱装置は、前記第1の内壁面における前記搬送方向の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ配置されると共に、前記第2の内壁面における前記搬送方向の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の加熱炉。 - 前記搬送方向の上流側に設けられ、前記被加熱物を前記炉内空間に搬入する開口である搬入口と、
前記搬送方向の下流側に設けられ、前記被加熱物を前記炉内空間から搬出する開口である搬出口と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、
請求項5または6に記載の加熱炉。 - 前記加熱装置は、
前記第1の内壁面においては、前記第1の内壁面の前記搬送方向の上流側端部または下流側端部よりも前記第1の内壁面の中心に近接して配置され、
前記第2の内壁面においては、前記第2の内壁面の前記搬送方向の上流側端部または下流側端部よりも前記第2の内壁面の中心に近接して配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の加熱炉。 - 前記発熱面は、長手方向が前記搬送方向に直交すると共に、幅方向が前記搬送方向に対して傾斜するように配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載の加熱炉。 - 前記加熱装置は、複数が前記炉内空間の中心に対して対称に配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項5乃至9のいずれかに記載の加熱炉。 - 前記発熱面の前記搬送方向に対する傾斜角度は、10〜30°であることを特徴とする、
