Abstract
【解決手段】 シリンダ1と、シリンダ1の一端側に設けられる環状のロッドガイド2と、シリンダ1内周に外周を摺接させるピストン3と、シリンダ1内にピストン3を介して移動自在に挿入されロッドガイド2を貫通するピストンロッド4と、ロッドガイド2とピストン3との間に設けられて伸び切り時の衝撃を緩和するリバウンド部材5とを備えるシリンダ装置において、リバウンド部材5がピストンロッド4外周に配設されるコイルスプリング6と、その両端に形成される固定部61、62に嵌合しピストンロッド4が軸心孔7a、8aに挿通する上下一対のホルダ部材7、8とからなり、コイルスプリングの中央部60が固定部61、62よりも小径に形成される。

Claims (4)
- シリンダと、このシリンダの一端側に設けられる環状のロッドガイドと、上記シリンダ内周に外周を摺接させるピストンと、上記シリンダ内に上記ピストンを介して移動自在に挿入され上記ロッドガイドを貫通するピストンロッドと、上記ロッドガイドと上記ピストンとの間に設けられて伸び切り時の衝撃を緩和するリバウンド部材とを備えるシリンダ装置において、
上記リバウンド部材が上記ピストンロッド外周に配設されるコイルスプリングと、その両端に形成される固定部に嵌合し上記ピストンロッドが軸心孔に挿通する上下一対のホルダ部材とからなり、
上記コイルスプリングの固定部の間に形成される中央部が上記固定部よりも小径に形成されることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 上記コイルスプリングが上記固定部と、この固定部から徐々に縮径される縮径部と、この縮径部の間に形成される上記中央部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 上記コイルスプリングの上記固定部に嵌合するホルダ部材のガイド部の先端部外周が徐々に縮径されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 上記コイルスプリングの上記縮径部が上記ガイド部の先端部に接触しないよう設定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシリンダ装置。
