Abstract
【解決手段】 ハイブリッド型建設機械は、エンジン11の駆動力で発電する発電機12を有する。発電機12はインバータ18Aにより制御される。発電機12が発電した電力は蓄電器19に蓄積される。コンバータ100は、発電機12と蓄電器19との間に設けられたDCバス110の電圧を制御する。蓄電器19を初期充電する際に、発電機12のインバータ制御を停止し、且つDCバス110の電圧指令値を発電機12の誘起電圧より小さな値に設定する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンの駆動力で発電する発電機と、
該発電機を制御するインバータと、
前記発電機が発電した電力を蓄積する蓄電器と、
前記発電機と前記蓄電器との間に設けられるDCバスと、
該DCバスの電圧を制御するコンバータと
を有するハイブリッド型建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器を初期充電する際に、前記発電機のインバータ制御を停止し、且つ前記DCバスの電圧指令値を前記発電機の誘起電圧より小さな値に設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド型建設機械。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド型建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器の電圧の上昇に対応して前記DCバスの前記電圧指令値を高くすることを特徴とするハイブリッド型建設機械。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド型建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器の電圧が予め設定された閾値以上になると、前記DCバスの前記電圧指令値を前記誘起電圧より高い値に設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド型建設機械。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド型建設機械であって、
前記エンジンの回転数が所定の値に到達したら、前記DCバスの前記電圧指令値を前記誘起電圧より低い値に設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド型建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド型建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器の電圧が予め設定された閾値以上になると、前記発電機のインバータ制御を開始することを特徴とすることを特徴とするハイブリッド型建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド型建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器を流れる電流が所定値以上となると、前記DCバスの前記電圧指令値を高くすることを特徴とするハイブリッド型建設機械。
