  1. 陽極と、
    前記陽極上の第１の発光層と、
    前記第１の発光層上の第１の層と
    前記第１の層上の第２の層と、
    前記第２の層上の第２の発光層と、
    前記第２の発光層上の陰極と、を有する発光素子であって、
    前記第２の発光層は発光スペクトルのピーク波長は、前記第１の発光層の発光スペクトルのピーク波長より短く、
    前記陰極は、前記陽極より反射率が大きいことを特徴とする発光素子。
  2. 請求項１において、
    前記第１の層は、電子輸送性の物質と電子供与性の物質を含む薄膜であり、
    前記第２の層は、正孔輸送性の物質とモリブデン酸化物を含む薄膜であることを特徴とする発光素子。
