照明装置の性能を改善すること。
【解決手段】
実施例による照明装置は、一面を有し、収容部を有するガイド部を有し、当該一面の外周に配置された第1突出部を有する放熱体と、放熱体の一面に配置された発光モジュール部と、放熱体と結合され、放熱体の収容部と結合する係止突起を有し、放熱体の第1突出部と結合する溝を有するカバー部とを備え、係止突起と収容部との結合により放熱体とカバー部の分離が制限され、第1突出部とカバー部の溝との結合によりカバー部の回転が制限される。

Description
カバー部110は、開口部G1を有するバルブ形状を有し、カバー部110の内面は、乳白色の塗料でコーティングされていてもよい。塗料は、カバー部110を通過する際の光がカバー部110の内面で拡散するように拡散材を含む。
発光モジュール部130は、基板131と基板上に配置された光源部133を備える。
放熱体140は、電源制御部150と内部ケース160が挿入されるための収納溝140aを有する。
電源制御部150は、支持基板151と、支持基板151上に搭載される多数の部品153とを備えてもよい。多数の部品153は、例えば、外部電源から提供される交流電源を直流電源に変換する直流変換装置、発光モジュール部130の駆動を制御する駆動チップ、発光モジュール部130を保護するためのESD(ElectroStatic discharge)保護素子等を含むが、これに対して限定しない。
内部ケース160は、放熱体140の収納溝140aに挿入される挿入部161、ソケット部170と結合する連結部163を備えてもよい。挿入部161には電源制御部150が収納される。
ソケット部170は、内部ケース160の連結部163と結合し、外部電源と電気的に連結される。
電源制御部150は、放熱体140の収納溝140aに配置される。

Claims (19)
- 一面を有し、収容部を有するガイド部を有し、前記一面の外周に配置された第1突出部を有する放熱体と、
前記放熱体の前記一面に配置された発光モジュール部と、
前記放熱体と結合され、前記放熱体の前記収容部と結合する係止突起を有し、前記放熱体の前記第1突出部と結合する溝を有するカバー部と
を備え、
前記係止突起と前記収容部との結合により前記放熱体と前記カバー部との分離が制限され、
前記第1突出部と前記カバー部の前記溝との結合により前記カバー部の回転が制限される、照明装置。 - 前記カバー部の前記溝は、第1溝と第2溝とを備え、
前記カバー部の前記係止突起は、前記第1溝と前記第2溝との間に配置され、
前記第1突出部は、前記第1溝に挿入される第1A突出部と、前記第2溝に挿入される第1B突出部とを備える、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1突出部は前記ガイド部と連結される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱体は、前記放熱体の外面に連結されたピンを有し、
前記ピンは、前記放熱体に連結される一端と前記放熱体から延びた他端とを有し、
前記ピンの他端の厚さは、前記ピンの一端の厚さと同じであるか又は異なり、
前記ピンの他端の上部と前記ピンの他端の下部の厚さは互いに異なる、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記放熱体の外面と前記ピンの外面上に配置された塗装膜を含む、請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 前記塗装膜の厚さは40μm以上80μm以下である、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ピンの他端は曲面である、請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記ピンの最下端は、前記放熱体の外面と同一平面上に位置する、請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記ピンの最下端の他端の厚さは、前記ピンの最下端の一端の厚さと実質的に同一である、請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱体は、前記一面と前記ガイド部との間に形成されたグルーブを有し、
前記カバー部は前記グルーブに挿入される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記放熱体の前記一面は、
上に突出して前記発光モジュール部が配置される第2突出部と、
前記第2突出部を取り囲み、前記第1突出部を有する底面部と
を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2突出部は安着溝を有し、
前記発光モジュール部は前記安着溝に配置される、請求項11に記載の照明装置。 - 前記安着溝の底面は、前記底面部より高い位置に配置されている、請求項12に記載の照明装置。
- 前記安着溝は二つ以上であり、
前記二つ以上の安着溝は一部が連結されている、請求項12に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ガイド部は、
第1の傾きを有する第1部材と、前記第1部材から延びて第1の傾きと異なる第2の傾きを有する第2部材とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが互いに当接する部分を基準軸とし、
前記基準軸を基準として、前記第1部材の一面と前記第2部材の一面とが同一の角を有して傾いている、請求項15に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1部材と第2部材は一体である、請求項15に記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱体は、収納溝を有し、
前記発光モジュール部は、前記放熱体の前記一面上に配置され、バイアホールを有する基板と、前記基板上に配置された発光素子とを有し、
前記放熱体の前記収納溝に配置され、前記放熱体の前記一面を貫通して前記発光モジュール部のバイアホールに挿入される電極ピンを有する電源制御部と、
内部に前記電源制御部が配置され、前記放熱体の前記収納溝に収納される内部ケースと
をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記電源制御部を密閉するように前記内部ケースと結合し、前記電極ピンを前記放熱体から絶縁させるための絶縁部を有するホルダーをさらに備える、請求項18に記載の照明装置
