Abstract

本发明提供一种节能照明灯具,尤其是一种LED节能灯,由灯罩、LED光源、散热体、绝缘件和灯头组成,LED光源采用大功率LED作为光源,镶嵌在散热体端部的类圆台表面,其中类圆台表面涂布有反光层,散热体中间为一空心圆柱,在其周围均匀分布有金属散热片,LED通过一体式的散热体能够有效的将热量散出。采用绝缘件将散热体和灯头分开隔离,使散热体绝缘。灯头包括灯头外壳和LED驱动电源,其中LED驱动电源安装在灯头外壳内。散热体为一体式结构,能够达到很好的散热效果、使光衰减慢,提高了LED的使用寿命。本发明可广泛应用于室内外装饰、照明、交通及安全显示等各领域。

LED节能灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能照明灯具,尤其是一种LED节能灯。
背景技术
在目前全球能源日益紧张的情况下,各国都在倡导节能、寻找节能的各种途径,其中LED(发光二极管)由于其节能、环保、寿命长、驱动电压低、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击等优点,而备受瞩目。
在市场上,也已经有了各种LED的灯具,质量参差不齐,大部分存在着亮度不够、功率有限、散热效果差、光衰减快、成本高等问题。
在专利公开号为CN1407271A的LED芯片荧光节能灯发明专利中,将LED镶嵌在灯罩内的灯芯柱上,通过灯座内的驱动电源驱动LED发光。显然该专利没有很好的考虑到LED的散热问题,单靠灯座下的圆周散热孔仍无法满足大功率LED的散热,因此LED只能采用低功率型的,无法采用大功率的LED,限制了灯具的亮度以及使用范围。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种LED节能灯,由灯罩、LED光源、散热体、绝缘件和灯头组成,其中灯罩采用PC、压克力、玻璃等材料制作,内部涂布有荧光粉层,外形可以是球形、半球形、椭圆形、蘑菇形或蜂窝形等各种形状,并可以任意更改其规格和大小。LED光源采用大功率LED作为光源,可以根据需要变化其功率和数量,LED镶嵌在散热体端部的类圆台表面,其中类圆台表面涂布有反光层,并均匀分布有镶嵌LED的凹槽,凹槽底部或两侧设置有开孔。散热体中间为一空心圆柱,在其周围均匀分布有金属散热片,可以采用水平分布、垂直分布或倾斜分布的一种或几种混合体,绝缘件采用PC、尼龙等绝缘材料制作,其将散热体和灯头分开隔离,使散热体绝缘。灯头包括灯头外壳和LED驱动电源,其中LED驱动电源安装在灯头外壳内,LED连接线通过类圆台表面的凹槽内开孔、空心圆柱和灯头内的电源相连,构成通路。
灯罩和散热体的连接、散热体和绝缘件的连接以及绝缘件和灯头的连接,根据环境和成本等各种需要,可以采用有卡位和卡槽的倒扣式连接结构或有内螺纹和外螺纹的螺纹结构或硅胶粘合或硅胶粘合再冲压固定等其他各种方式连接。
所述的LED光源可以为单独管芯、芯片级封装、传统封装和表面安装式装置(SMD)等各种大功率LED。
所述的散热体为一端封闭的整体,由类圆台表面和散热片组成,类圆台表面设有反光层,散热片的排列可以为水平分布、垂直分布或倾斜分布中的一种或几种混合体;其形状可以为环形、圆形、扇形、方形、多边形中的一种或几种混合体。
所述的散热体上的散热片可以根据需要调解数量和大小。
所述的类圆台表面可以为圆台型、半球型、圆锥型、棱柱型或圆柱型中的一种或几种混合体。
所述的灯头和散热体可以采用铝合金、铜、铝等各种金属和合金。
本发明采用的散热体为一体式结构,能够有效的将LED光源产生的热量通过散热片散发出去,达到很好的散热效果、使光衰减慢,提高了LED的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
实施例1:
如图1、2、3、4所示,本实施例由灯罩1、LED光源2、散热体3、绝缘件4和灯头5组成。其中如图3所示,灯罩1的端口部设置有内扣12,散热体3的类圆台表面31下方处设置有外扣35,其和内扣12共同构成倒扣式连接结构,将灯罩1和散热体2固定连接。同样,如图3、4所示,散热体3的另一开口端设置有内扣37,绝缘件4上设置有外扣41,两者构成倒扣式连接结构,将散热体3和绝缘件4连接固定。而绝缘件4的一端通过硅胶类材料粘合在灯头主体51内壁,然后通过冲压固定在一起。由此而形成一个完整的灯具结构。
如图3、4所示,灯罩1采用PC、压克力、玻璃等各种材料制作,内壁涂布有荧光粉层11,开口端设置有内扣12。LED光源2采用大功率LED作为光源,镶嵌在散热体3端部的类圆台表面32,其中类圆台表面32设置有反光涂层,并均匀分布有镶嵌LED光源2的凹槽31内,散热体3中间为一空心圆柱34,在其周围均匀水平分布有金属散热片33。绝缘件4可以采用PC、尼龙等绝缘材料制作,其上分布有一圆周的散热孔42。灯头5包括灯头外壳51和LED驱动电源52,其中LED驱动电源52安装在灯头外壳51内,LED光源2连接线通过类圆台表面32上的凹槽孔35、空心圆柱34和灯头5内的LED驱动电源52相连。
实施例2:
如图5、6所示,实施例由灯罩1、LED光源2、散热体3、绝缘件4和灯头5组成。但是其散热体3的散热片34为垂直分布,由图7、8可知,在散热体3的中间空心圆柱36内设有内螺纹37,在绝缘件4上设置有外螺纹41,通过螺纹将散热体3和绝缘件4进行连接固定。
此外,灯罩1和散热体3还可以通过螺纹结构、硅胶粘合或硅胶粘合再冲压固定等其他各种方式连接;散热体3和绝缘件4也可以通过倒扣式连接结构、硅胶粘合或硅胶粘合再冲压固定等其他各种方式连接;绝缘件4和灯头5也可以通过螺纹结构、倒扣式连接结构或直接硅胶粘合等其他各种方式连接。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式,本领域的技术人员在技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应该包括在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1、一种LED节能灯,包括灯罩、LED光源、散热体、绝缘件和灯头,其特征在于,灯罩设置于散热体上,散热体和灯头通过绝缘件连接固定,大功率LED光源镶嵌于散热体类圆台表面的凹槽内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于,所述的散热体为一端封闭的整体,由类圆台表面和散热片组成,类圆台表面设有反光涂层。
3、根据权利要求2所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于,散热体可以为水平分布、垂直分布或倾斜分布的一种或几种混合体。
4、根据权利要求2所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于,散热体的形状可以为环形、圆形、扇形、方形、多边形中的一种或几种混合体。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于,所述的类圆台表面可以为圆台型、圆锥型、半球型、棱柱型或圆柱型中的一种或几种混合体。
6、根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于,所述的灯头包括灯头外壳和LED驱动电源,其中LED驱动电源安装在灯头外壳内。
7、根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩内层涂布有荧光粉层。
