本实用新型涉及一种用于灯泡的散热结构,属于日常用品类;其包含一灯座,是具有一绝缘管体,于该绝缘管体一端设有一导触部;一散热基板,套设于该绝缘管体另端,该散热基板具有一板体,于该板体上端形成一鳍形面,并于该板体周缘向下延伸一环型壁;一至少一灯组,设于上述散热基板上,并与上述板体接触;一罩体,与上述散热基板连结,用以封罩上述灯组所组成;优点在于:散热面积大、效果好;可在不变更传统灯泡造型的条件下,于灯座与罩体间直接设置散热基板,而充分达到散热,提供灯组适当的工作环境温度,同时延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及日常用品类,特别涉及一种用于灯泡的散热结构。
背景技术
众所周知,传统的灯泡其发光方式是靠着加热灯泡内部的灯丝,即燃点高的钨丝,使带电离子在灯丝内流动,将电能藉由碰撞转换为灯丝的热能,使其达到高温,藉由灯丝的热辐射而产生可见光,而提供使用者照明;传统的灯泡在使用上,由于灯丝本身具有耐高温的特性,在使用上不必考虑温度过高的问题,不过传统灯泡的高耗电量以及使用寿命不长,对于使用者来说会造成使用成本高、浪费能源的缺欠;
由于发光二极体具有体积轻巧,可节省大量能源等优点,但其发光亮度却一直无法达到传统灯具的水准,因而一直无法将发光二极体应用在实际照明上,其原因是与发光二极体本身发光效率有关,为改善传统发光二极体亮度不足的问题,目前市面上开发有一种高功率发光二极体,是利用增加电流来提高其发光效率,从而达到高亮度,而应用制作成LED灯,利用LED灯组取代现有的灯丝来提供照明;但上述常用结构在制造和使用上仍存在缺欠:目前的LED灯多维持传统灯泡结构,仅将灯泡内用以发亮提供照明的灯丝以LED灯组取代,然而LED灯组电功率高,传统利用导触脚排热的方式,由于散热面积有限,已无法达到使LED灯组维持在正常工作温度的需求,而过热的工作温度会导致发光二极体内的晶片物理特性改变,使发光二极体无法达到预定的亮度,也有损毁的可能,影响其使用寿命与效能,需要加以改进。
实用新型内容
依据本实用新型的目的,针对现有灯泡散热结构存在的缺欠,提供一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其包含一灯座,是具有一绝缘管体,于该绝缘管体一端设有一导触部;一散热基板,套设于该绝缘管体另端,该散热基板具有一板体,于该板体上端形成一鳍形面,并于该板体周缘向下延伸一环型壁;一至少一灯组,设于上述散热基板上,并与上述板体接触:一罩体,与上述散热基板连结,用以封罩上述灯组所组成。当灯组导通发光时,可藉由散热基板上的板体将灯组所产生的热能传递至鳍形面以及环型壁上,与外界空气作热交换,维持LED灯组的正常工作温度。
本实用新型的优点在于:可藉由散热基板的板体上端形成的鳍形面,大散热表面,以及可与外界空气直接接触的环型壁来达到与外界空气作热交换,而顺利排热的效果;可在不变更传统灯泡造型的条件下,于灯座与罩体间直接设置散热基板,而充分达到散热,提供灯组适当的工作环境温度,同时延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
如附图1至附图4所示,本实用新型包含一灯座1、一散热基板2、灯组3、一罩体4等所组成,其中,该灯座1具有一绝缘管体11,于该绝缘管体11一端设有一导触部12,该导触部12为一螺旋接头,用以导通电源;并于该绝缘管体11周缘开设有复数散热孔111;
散热基板2套设于上述绝缘管体11另端,其具有一板体21,于该板体21上端形成一鳍形面23,并于该板体21周缘向下延伸一环型壁22,并于散热基板2的板体21上开设有多组贯孔211;
灯组3分别设于上述散热基板2上,并与板体21接触,该灯组3具有一电路板32,并于该电路板32下端设有一LED灯31,该电路板32上端延伸导线33自该贯孔211通过,连接该导触部12用以导通该LED灯31:
罩体4套接于散热基板2的环型壁22而做连结,用以封罩上述灯组3。
使用者可将灯座1的导触部12端连接电源,使该灯组3上的LED灯31导通发光,并藉由散热基板2的板体21下端将灯组3上LED灯31所产生的热能传递至环型壁22表面上,直接与外界空气作热交换,以及传递至鳍形面23上,通过散热孔111来与外界空气作热交换,以顺利排出LED灯31发光时所产生的热能,维持灯组3整体的正常工作温度。
如附图5及附图6所示,上述构造中,于散热基板2的板体21上开设有复数贯孔211,且该灯组3于散热基板2的鳍形面23上端设有一电路板32,并于散热基板2的板体21上插设有复数LED灯31,该LED灯31下端延伸导触脚311,分别贯穿该复数贯孔211,与该电路板32连接,并于该电路板32上端延伸导线33连接该导触部12,用以导通该复数LED灯31。
如附图6及附图7所示,灯组3的LED灯31可直接接触散热基板2的板体21,使热量可直接透过板体21传递至鳍形面23与环型壁22表面上,与外界空气作热交换,使LED灯31持续点亮。

Claims (8)

1、一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:包括一灯座,该灯座上设有一绝缘管体,于该绝缘管体一端设有一导触部;一散热基板,套设于绝缘管体另端,该散热基板具有一板体,该板体上端形成一鳍形面,该板体周缘向下延伸一环型壁;至少一灯组,设于散热基板上,并与板体接触;一罩体,与散热基板连结。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的绝缘管体周缘开设有复数散热孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的导触部为一螺旋接头。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的灯组为三组,分别固设于散热基板的板体上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的散热基板的板体上开设有至少一贯孔。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的灯组具有一电路板,并于该电路板下端设有至少一LED灯,于该电路板上端延伸导线通过贯孔与导触部连接。
7、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的散热基板上的板体上开设有复数贯孔。
8、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯泡的散热结构,其特征在于:所说的灯组于散热基板的鳍形面上端设有一电路板,并于该散热基板的板体插设有复数LED灯,该LED灯下端延伸导触脚,分别贯穿复数贯孔与电路板连接,并于该电路板上端延伸导线与该导触部连接。
