Abstract

本发明专利涉及一种节能灯具,具体提供一种大功率LED节能灯,包括灯罩、LED光源和灯头。本发明采用大功率LED作为发光光源,其中灯头由灯头主体、绝缘体和焊锡组成,为两端封闭的一个整体,通过灯头内的凸肋、散热孔以及灯头主体外壳能够有效的解决LED光源产生的热量问题。灯罩内壁涂布有荧光粉层,通过灯罩端口和灯头主体上的卡槽,形成倒扣式连接结构,将灯罩和灯头连接固定。本发明专利可广泛应用于室内外装饰、照明、交通及安全显示等各领域。

大功率LED节能灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能照明灯具,尤其是一种大功率LED节能灯。
背景技术
在目前全球能源日益紧张的情况下,各国都在倡导节能、寻找节能的各种途径,其中LED(发光二极管)由于其节能、寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击等优点,而备受瞩目。
在市场上,也已经有了各种LED的灯具,质量参差不齐,大部分存在着亮度不够、功率有限、散热效果差、光衰减快、成本高等问题。
在专利公开号为CN1407271A的LED芯片荧光节能灯发明专利中,将LED镶嵌在灯罩内的灯芯柱上,通过灯座内的驱动电源驱动LED发光。显然该专利没有很好的考虑到LED的散热问题,单靠灯座下的圆周散热孔仍无法满足大功率LED的散热,因此LED只能采用低功率型的,无法采用大功率的LED,限制了灯具的亮度以及使用范围。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种大功率LED节能灯,其包括灯罩、LED光源和灯头。灯罩可以采用PC材料或压克力材料制作。LED光源采用大功率LED作为光源,其具有节能、使用寿命长、驱动电压低、无辐射、抗振性能好等优点。
灯头由灯头主体、绝缘体和焊锡组成,在灯头主体用于镶嵌LED一端为类圆台表面,其上面有镶嵌LED的第一凹槽,并设置有反光层,能够增加光线的利用率。在类圆台表面下方处,制作有对应灯罩卡位的卡槽,和卡位形成倒扣式连接结构,连接灯罩和灯头。在卡槽下方则制作有一圆周的散热孔,主体内部设有凸肋,在固定绝缘体的同时增大散热面积,绝缘体上也设有一圆周的散热孔,和灯头主体上的散热孔组成一个流通空气渠道,有利于灯头更好的散热,另外绝缘体上的第二凹槽对应于灯头主体上的凸肋,通过衔接固定绝缘体,焊锡则固定在绝缘体上,使焊锡和灯头主体互相绝缘。
所述LED光源可以为单独管芯、芯片级封装、传统封装和表面安装式装置(SMD)等各种大功率LED。
所述的类圆台表面可以为圆台型、圆锥型、棱柱型或圆柱型中的一种或几种混合体。
所述灯头主体的类圆台表面设有反光层。
所述的灯头可以采用铜、铝合金等各种金属和合金。
所述灯罩外形可以为球形,半球形,蘑菇形,炮弹形等各种形状。
所述灯罩内层涂布有荧光粉层,以增加出射光的均匀度。
本发明采用的灯座为一体式散热结构,通过一体式灯头的外壳、内部的凸肋和开孔,能够有效的将LED光源产生的热量散发出去,达到很好的散热效果、光衰减慢提高了LED的使用寿命。灯罩和灯头采用倒扣式连接使工艺更为简洁,节省了制造工艺及物料成本,使产品更经济化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、2可知,本实施例由灯罩1、LED光源2和灯头3组成。其中灯罩1为一椭圆形外观结构,LED光源2固定在灯头3的一端表面。
如图3、4可知,灯罩1的内壁设置有荧光粉层11。灯头3由灯头主体30、绝缘体36和焊锡39组成。在灯头主体30用于镶嵌LED光源2的一端为类圆台表面32,其上面有镶嵌LED光源2的凹槽31。在类圆台表面32下方处,制作有对应与灯罩端口的凹槽33,和灯罩端口紧配,形成倒扣式连接结构,将灯罩1和灯头3连接固定起来。在凹槽33下方则制作有一圆周的散热孔34,灯头主体30内部设有凸肋35,在固定绝缘体36的同时增大散热面积,绝缘体36上也设有一圆周散热孔38,和灯头主体30上的散热孔34组成一个空气流通的渠道,有利于LED光源2通过灯头3更好的散热,另外绝缘体36上的凹槽37对应于灯头主体30上的凸肋35,通过衔接固定绝缘体36,焊锡39则固定在绝缘体36上,使焊锡39和灯头主体31互相绝缘。
如图5、6所示,其灯罩1分别是蘑菇形和球形,并且也可以根据需要对它们的外观进行各种变化。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种大功率LED节能灯,包括灯罩、LED光源和灯头,灯罩设置于灯头上,采用大功率LED的LED光源镶嵌于灯头端部类圆台表面上的第一凹槽内,其特征在于,所述的灯头为两端封闭的一个整体,由灯头主体、绝缘体和焊锡组成,在灯头主体和绝缘体上设有开孔,所述灯头主体内部设有凸肋,绝缘体上设有第二凹槽。
