Abstract
【解決手段】動力車5用部品、特に、少なくとも一つの固定部3によって、上記動力車5の保持部4に固定可能な排ガスシステムであって、ハウジング壁6を有する部品用ハウジング2を備え、上記各固定部3は少なくとも一つの留め具8を有し、上記留め具8は、上記ハウジング壁6に平行に伸びる内部脚9と、上記ハウジング壁6か外部に突出する外部脚10とを有している。上記ハウジング壁6には開口7が形成され、上記開口7を上記外部脚10が貫通し、他方、上記内部脚9は、上記部品用ハウジング2の内部11で、上記ハウジング壁6に面接触する。

Claims (10)
- 動力車(5)用部品、特に、少なくとも一つの固定部(3)によって、上記動力車(5)の保持部(4)に固定可能な排ガスシステムであって、
ハウジング壁(6)を有する部品用ハウジング(2)を備え、
上記各固定部(3)は少なくとも一つの留め具(8)を有し、上記留め具(8)は、上記ハウジング壁(6)に平行に伸びる内部脚(9)と、上記ハウジング壁(6)から外部に突出する外部脚(10)とを有し、
上記ハウジング壁(6)には開口(7)が形成され、上記開口(7)を上記外部脚(10)が貫通し、他方、上記内部脚(9)は、上記部品用ハウジング(2)の内部(11)で、上記ハウジング壁(6)に面接触することを特徴とする部品。 - 上記各固定部(3)はカバー(16)を有し、上記カバー(16)は、上記部品用ハウジング(2)の内部(11)で、上記開口(7)と、上記各内部脚(9)とに跨るとともに、上記ハウジング壁(6)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。
- 上記カバー(16)は、上記開口(7)を内部から気密に塞いでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部品。
- 上記各内部脚(9)は、上記カバー(16)に固定されるとともに、上記カバー(16)を介して、上記ハウジング壁(6)に間接的にのみ固定されるか、または、
上記各内部脚(9)と上記カバー(16)とは、共に、上記ハウジング壁(6)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の部品。 - 上記カバー(16)は、上記各内部脚(9)に面接触することを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 上記開口(7)に隣接する上記ハウジング壁(6)は、上記各内部脚(9)用に、外部に突出する突出部(17)を有し、上記突出部(17)内で、上記各内部脚(9)は、上記ハウジング壁(6)に面接触し、好ましくは、上記突出部(17)の深さは、上記各内部脚(9)の厚さにほぼ対応するように設けられることを特徴としている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 上記各固定部(3)は、上記各留め具(8)に加えて、少なくとも一つの補強部材(18)を有し、上記補強部材(18)は、上記各留め具(8)の上記外部脚(10)に平行に伸びるとともに、上記留め具に面接触する支持脚(19)と、上記各留め具(8)の上記内部脚(9)に平行に伸びるとともに、外部で、上記ハウジング壁(6)に面接触する締め付け脚(20)とを有し、上記各補強部材(18)と、上記各留め具(8)とは、相対的に、互いに、位置固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 上記各固定部(3)は上記留め具(8)を二つ有し、上記二つの留め具(8)の上記内部脚(9)は、互いに面接触している外部脚(10)から反対方向に伸び、より好ましくは、上記二つの留め具(8)の上記外部脚(10)は互いに固定されるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 上記各固定部(3)は上記補強部材(18)を二つ有し、上記二つの補強部材(18)の上記締め付け脚(20)は、上記支持脚(19)から反対方向に伸び、より好ましくは、上記二つの補強部材(18)は、一つの補強シュー(22)を構成し、上記補強シュー(22)は、上記一つの留め具(8)の上記外部脚(10)か、または、上記二つの留め具(8)の上記外部脚(10)にはめ込まれるように設けられていることを特徴とする少なくとも請求項7に記載の部品。
- 上記部品(1)は排ガス処理装置であって、上記排ガス処理装置は、サイレンサ、触媒変換装置、粒子フィルタ、SCRシステムから成る群の少なくとも一つの要素を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
