Abstract
【解決手段】X線検出器は、X線を検出し、前記検出されたX線に応じた電気信号を発生する。基板60は、X線検出器に結合され、電気信号をX線検出器から引き出すための配線パターン90を有する。DAS70は、基板に結合され、電気信号を信号処理するための電子部品80を有する。各X線遮蔽板62は、X線検出器を透過したX線が電子部品80に曝されないように基板60に設けられる。配線パターン90の一部は、複数のX線遮蔽板62の間に配置される。

Claims (8)
- X線を検出し、前記検出されたX線に応じた電気信号を発生するX線検出器と、
前記X線検出器に結合され、前記電気信号を前記X線検出器から引き出すための配線パターンを有する基板と、
前記基板に結合され、前記電気信号を信号処理するための電子部品を有するデータ収集回路と、
前記X線検出器を透過したX線が前記電子部品に曝されないように前記基板に設けられる複数のX線遮蔽板と、
を具備し、
前記配線パターンの一部は、前記複数のX線遮蔽板の間に配置される、
DAS検出器。 - 前記複数のX線遮蔽板は、前記電子部品を覆うように前記電子部品と前記X線検出器との間に配置される、請求項1記載のDAS検出器。
- 前記基板は、複数のサブ基板により構成され、
前記複数のX線遮蔽板は、前記複数のサブ基板に設けられる、
請求項1記載のDAS検出器。 - 前記複数のX線遮蔽板は、千鳥で設けられている、請求項3記載のDAS検出器。
- X線を発生するX線管と、
前記X線管から発生され被検体を透過したX線を検出し、前記検出されたX線に応じた生データを生成するDAS検出器と、
前記X線管と前記DAS検出器とを回転可能に支持する支持機構と、を具備し、
前記DAS検出器は、
前記X線を検出し、前記検出されたX線に応じた電気信号を発生するX線検出器と、
前記X線検出器に結合され、前記電気信号を前記X線検出器から引き出すための配線パターンを有する基板と、
前記基板に結合され、前記電気信号を信号処理するための電子部品を有するデータ収集回路と、
前記X線検出器を透過したX線が前記電子部品に曝されないように前記基板に設けられる複数のX線遮蔽板と、
を有し、
前記配線パターンの一部は、前記複数のX線遮蔽板の間に設けられる、
X線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記複数のX線遮蔽板は、前記電子部品を覆うように前記電子部品と前記X線検出器との間に配置される、請求項5記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記基板は、複数のサブ基板により構成され、
前記複数のX線遮蔽板は、前記複数のサブ基板に設けられる、
