Claims (4)
- X線を検出する為のCT検出器モジュール(80)であって、
第1の平面基板(90)上に形成され、それぞれが入射するフォトンに応じた信号を生成するフォトセンサ(88)のマトリクス(86)と、
前記マトリクス(86)の上部に取り付けられたシンチレータ(84)であって、該シンチレータに入射するX線を前記フォトセンサ(88)が検知できるフォトンに変換するシンチレータ(84)と、
前記シンチレータ(84)の上部に取り付けられた散乱防止コリメータ(82)と、
前記フォトセンサ(88)により生成された信号を処理するために、前記フォトセンサ(88)の各々が接続され、前記フォトセンサ(88)の近傍に配置される第1の回路(98)と、前記第1の平面基板(90)の近傍に配置される第2の平面基板(102)上に設けられた第2の回路(106,108)とを含む電子コンポーネントと、を備え、
前記第1の回路(98)は、複数の入力ポートで信号を受信すると共に、複数の出力ポートまでの経路を規定し、受信した信号を前記複数の出力ポートのそれぞれに送る、少なくとも一つのスイッチングネットワークを備え、前記フォトセンサ(88)は、前記少なくとも一つのスイッチングネットワークの前記複数の入力ポートにそれぞれ電気的に接続され、
前記第2の回路(106、108)は、前記フォトセンサ(88)により生成される信号をデジタル化する為の少なくとも一つのプロセッサを備え、前記スイッチングネットワークの前記複数の出力ポートは、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサに電気的に接続され、
前記コリメータ(82)は、前記第1の平面基板(90)に対し垂直で、平行に配置された散乱防止板(83)のアレイを備え、前記散乱防止板(83)は、高いX線吸収係数を有する吸収材料から構成される2つの脚部(81)の間に配設されており、
前記脚部(81)の各々は、前記第1の平面基板(90)に対し垂直な立設部(92)と、前記第1の平面基板(90)に対し実質的に平行で前記第1の平面基板(90)に隣接する領域を有する足(94)とを有し、
前記電子コンポーネントを放射線から遮蔽するために、
前記脚部(81)の少なくとも一つの前記足(94)の、前記第1の平面基板(90)への正投影は、前記第1の回路(98)が配置される前記第1の平面基板(90)上の領域をカバーし、
前記脚部(81)の少なくとも一つの前記足(94)の、前記第2の平面基板(102)への正投影は、前記第2の回路(106、108)が設けられる前記第2の平面基板(102)上の領域に投影される、CT検出器モジュール。 - 少なくとも一つのシールド体(112)を備え、該シールド体は高いX線吸収係数を有
する吸収材料から構成され、該シールド体の一部の前記第2の平面基板への正投影が、前記第2の回路(106、108)が配置された、前記第2の平面基板の領域上に投影されるように、該シールド体が前記第1の平面基板(90)と前記第2の平面基板(102)との間に取り付けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のCT検出器モジュール。 - 前記脚部(81)は、前記吸収材料を射出成形することによって形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のCT検出器モジュール。
- 前記シールド体(112)は、前記吸収材料を射出成形することによって形成される、請求項2に記載のCT検出器モジュール。
