Abstract
【解決手段】X方向に伸びるように配置される配管を支持する航空機用配管支持構造であって、前記配管を、平行移動可能に支持する、平行移動機構と、前記配管を、角度が調節可能となるように支持する、角度調整機構とを具備する。平行移動機構は、配管が通され、X方向に直交するZ方向において配管の位置を調節する、偏心スリーブと、そのの位置を、X方向及びZ方向に直交するY方向において調整する、Y方向調整機構とを備える。角度調整機構は、配管を支持し、第1曲面を有する第1部材と、第1曲面に対応する形状である第2曲面を有し、第2曲面で前記第1曲面と摺接し、第2曲面で第1部材を支持する。第1曲面及び第2曲面は、XZ平面による断面形状が円弧状となるように形成されており、前記第1曲面が前記第2曲面に対して摺動することにより、配管の角度が調節される。

Description
本実施形態に係る配管支持構造は、図1に示したように、航空機の主翼内に配置される配管を支持するために用いられる。その航空機の主翼は、CFRP(炭素繊維強化プラスチック)製であるものとする。
本実施形態では、構造体1の上方において配管3が支持される場合について説明した。但し、配管3が構造体1を貫通するように伸びる場合であっても、本実施形態に係る配管支持構造30を適用することが可能である。
続いて、第2の実施形態について説明する。
続いて、第2の実施形態の変形例について説明する。本変形例では、配管3が構造体1を貫通するように伸びる場合について説明する。

Claims (12)
- 航空機内においてX方向に伸びるように配置される配管を支持する航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記配管を、平行移動可能に支持する、平行移動機構と、
前記配管を、角度が調節可能となるように支持する、角度調整機構と、
を具備し、
前記平行移動機構は、
前記配管が通され、X方向に直交するZ方向において前記配管の位置を調節する、偏心スリーブと、
前記偏心スリーブの位置を、X方向及びZ方向に直交するY方向において調整する、Y方向調整機構とを備え、
前記角度調整機構は、
前記配管を支持し、第1曲面を有する第1部材と、
前記第1曲面に対応する形状である第2曲面を有し、前記第2曲面で前記第1曲面と摺接し、前記第2曲面で前記第1部材を支持する、第2部材とを備え、
前記第1曲面及び前記第2曲面は、XZ平面による断面形状が円弧状となるように形成されており、
前記第1曲面が前記第2曲面に対して摺動することにより、前記配管の角度が調節される

前記第1曲面及び前記第2曲面は、Y方向を中心軸とする円筒の外周面に沿う形状である

前記配管は、前記偏心スリーブの内周面に接して支持されており、
前記第1部材は、前記偏心スリーブに接し、前記偏心スリーブを介して前記配管を支持するように構成されている
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項3に記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記第1部材は、前記偏心スリーブの外周面に当接して前記偏心スリーブを支持するサドルを有し、
前記第1曲面は、前記サドルに形成されており、
前記第2部材は、前記サドルを支持するブラケットを有し、
前記ブラケットは、取付け部と固定部とを有し、前記取付け部と前記固定部との間で折り曲げられており、
前記第2曲面は、前記取付け部に設けられ、
前記固定部は、機体に対して固定された構造体に重なるように配置され、前記構造体に締結されている
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項4に記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記Y方向調整機構は、前記固定部に設けられ、Y方向に沿って伸びる長穴を有し、
前記固定部は、前記長穴に挿通される締結部材によって、前記構造体に締結され、
Y方向において、前記長穴の長さは、前記締結部材の軸部分の幅よりも大きい
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記第1曲面及び前記第2曲面は、球面に沿う形状である
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項6に記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記第1部材は、筒状の球面スリーブを有し、
前記球面スリーブの内周面は、前記配管に接する円筒面であり、
前記第1曲面は、前記球面スリーブの外周面に設けられ、
前記第2部材は、前記偏心スリーブにより実現され、
前記第2曲面は、前記偏心スリーブの内周面に設けられている
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項7に記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
更に、
前記偏心スリーブの外周面に当接して前記偏心スリーブを支持する、偏心スリーブ支持部材を有し、
前記偏心スリーブ支持部材は、機体に対して固定された構造体に重なるように配置され、前記構造体に締結される、固定部を有している
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項8に記載された配管支持構造であって、
前記偏心スリーブ支持部材は、前記偏心スリーブの外周面に対応する形状を有する開口を有し、
前記偏心スリーブは、前記開口内に挿入され、前記開口の壁面において前記偏心スリーブ支持部材に支持されている
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項8または9に記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記Y方向調整機構は、前記固定部に設けられ、Y方向に沿って伸びる長穴を有し、
前記固定部は、前記長穴に挿通される締結部材によって、前記構造体に固定され、
Y方向において、前記長穴の長さは、前記締結部材の軸部分の幅よりも大きい
航空機用配管支持構造。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載された航空機用配管支持構造であって、
前記配管は、前記航空機の主翼内に配置される
