本发明公开了一种集气管防爆固定装置，包括固定板，固定板上设有固定座，固定座上设有扣座，扣座与固定座之间设有固定螺栓；扣座与固定座之间设有开槽，开槽的横截面为圆形形状，开槽套装有护管，护管的外周面套装有护筒，护筒设置在开槽内；护管的端部设有卡槽，护管的端部设有凸环，凸环的外周面套装有锁环，锁环与护管之间设有固定销，锁环的内侧壁位置设有限位片，限位片设置在卡槽内。本发明的护管套装在集气管的外周面上，从而可以大大提高集气管的防爆性能，方便对集气管进行固定。

一种集气管防爆固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集气装置，特别涉及一种集气管防爆固定装置。
背景技术
集气管是由钢板焊接或铆接而成的圆形或槽形管道，是焦炉的附属设备，一般安装在由炉柱支承的托架上，与上升管相连。现有的集气管不方便套装，不方便加强集气管的防爆系数。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种护管套装在集气管的外周面上，从而可以大大提高集气管的防爆性能，方便对集气管进行固定的集气管防爆固定装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种集气管防爆固定装置，包括固定板，固定板上设有固定座，固定座上设有扣座，扣座与固定座之间设有固定螺栓；扣座与固定座之间设有开槽，开槽的横截面为圆形形状，开槽套装有护管，护管的外周面套装有护筒，护筒设置在开槽内；护管的端部设有卡槽，护管的端部设有凸环，凸环的外周面套装有锁环，锁环与护管之间设有固定销，锁环的内侧壁位置设有限位片，限位片设置在卡槽内。
进一步地，所述扣座的上部设有凸块。
进一步地，所述固定板上设有固定槽。
进一步地，所述锁环上设有开腔。
进一步地，所述开腔的横截面为U型形状。
采用上述技术方案的集气管防爆固定装置，可以将集气管套装在该固定装置内，通过固定板可以方便对固定座与扣座进行支撑，通过固定螺栓可以使固定座与扣座进行牢固对接；护管套装在集气管的外周面上，从而可以大大提高集气管的防爆性能，方便对集气管进行固定。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图6所示，一种集气管防爆固定装置，包括固定板1，固定板1上设有固定座3，固定座3上设有扣座4，扣座4与固定座3之间设有固定螺栓5；扣座4与固定座3之间设有开槽6，开槽6的横截面为圆形形状，开槽6套装有护管9，护管9的外周面套装有护筒8，护筒8设置在开槽6内；护管9的端部设有卡槽10，护管9的端部设有凸环11，凸环11的外周面套装有锁环12，锁环12与护管9之间设有固定销14，锁环12的内侧壁位置设有限位片15，限位片15设置在卡槽10内；扣座4的上部设有凸块7；固定板1上设有固定槽2；锁环12上设有开腔13，开腔13的横截面为U型形状。
本发明集气管防爆固定装置，可以将集气管套装在该固定装置内，通过固定板1可以方便对固定座3与扣座4进行支撑，通过固定螺栓5可以使固定座3与扣座4进行牢固对接；护管9套装在集气管的外周面上，从而可以大大提高集气管的防爆性能，方便对集气管进行固定。
其中，扣座4的上部设有凸块7；所以通过凸块7可以大大提高扣座4的强度。
其中，锁环12上设有开腔13，开腔13的横截面为U型形状，所以能节省锁环12的材料，可以方便对锁环12进行牢固安装。

1.一种集气管防爆固定装置，包括固定板，其特征在于：固定板上设有固定座，固定座上设有扣座，扣座与固定座之间设有固定螺栓；扣座与固定座之间设有开槽，开槽的横截面为圆形形状，开槽套装有护管，护管的外周面套装有护筒，护筒设置在开槽内；护管的端部设有卡槽，护管的端部设有凸环，凸环的外周面套装有锁环，锁环与护管之间设有固定销，锁环的内侧壁位置设有限位片，限位片设置在卡槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集气管防爆固定装置，其特征在于：扣座的上部设有凸块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集气管防爆固定装置，其特征在于：固定板上设有固定槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集气管防爆固定装置，其特征在于：锁环上设有开腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的集气管防爆固定装置，其特征在于：开腔的横截面为U型形状。
