本发明公开了一种管体固定装置，其特征在于：包括固定底板、一端与固定底板旋转连接的卡钩，所述固定底板与卡钩连接的相对端的固定底板上设有若干固定孔，所述卡钩为弧形，卡钩与固定底板连接的相对端的卡钩上设置紧固块，所述紧固块上设有与固定孔相对应的紧固孔，所述卡钩内壁设有橡胶层，所述固定底板与卡钩的连接面上设有橡胶层，所述固定底板为平面板，所述固定孔数量为三个，固定孔分布呈三角形。本发明能将管体固定于墙体或者器械上，并且能保护管体与本装置的连接部位不受磨损，本装置固定孔的结构设计可以让其与墙体之间连接更加稳固，不容易产生松动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置，尤其是一种牛奶灌装机上的流管的固定装置。
背景技术
一些牛奶的生产厂家因为牛奶的容器与灌装机不在一起，所以要通过空心管体将灌装机与容器之间连接上，但管体如果放置在地上会容易损坏或者生锈，如果长的管体悬挂于半空又会因为重力导致管体发生变形或者断裂，上述情况都会阻碍生产，也可能会影响牛奶的质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种能有效固定管体与墙体或者生产机器上的固定装置。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种管体固定装置，其特征在于：包括固定底板、一端与固定底板旋转连接的卡钩，所述固定底板与卡钩连接的相对端的固定底板上设有若干固定孔，所述卡钩为弧形，卡钩与固定底板连接的相对端的卡钩上设置紧固块，所述紧固块上设有与固定孔相对应的紧固孔，所述卡钩内壁设有橡胶层，所述固定底板与卡钩的连接面上设有橡胶层。

根据图1、图2所示，一种管体固定装置，包括固定底板1、一端与固定底板1旋转连接的卡钩2，所述固定底板1与卡钩2连接的相对端的固定底板1上设有若干固定孔3，所述卡钩2为弧形，卡钩2与固定底板1连接的相对端的卡钩2上设置紧固块4，所述紧固块4上设有与固定孔3相对应的紧固孔5，所述卡钩2内壁设有橡胶层6，所述固定底板1与卡钩2的连接面上设有橡胶层6，所述固定底板1为平面板，所述固定孔3数量为三个，固定孔3分布呈三角形，可以让其与墙体之间连接更加稳固，固定孔3为圆形，所述紧固块4为平面板。
