Abstract
【解決手段】電動機282,284によって作動される別途弁278,272を給気路14内の吸気弁の直近上流に配置し、別途弁は電動機によって作動される軸部276と該軸部と固定結合された少なくとも2閉鎖体278とを備えた弁体274を有し、軸部は給気路を垂直に貫通して電動機により垂直方向に摺動可能とし、閉鎖体を軸部を取巻く円盤として形成し、吸気路遮断面で見て蛇行状に形成された隔壁の弁穴272と当接可能とし、制御器を設け、該制御器により少なくとも1パワー要求素子と相関させてパワー要求が減少するにしたがって弁の閉鎖時点を吸気弁の閉鎖時点よりさらに早期にずらすように電動機を制御するように構成し、これによって、エンジン負荷は別途弁によってのみ制御される。

コイル282は制御器26(図1)に接続されている。弁はばね290の作用下で通常は開いている。コイル282が当該電流の作用をうけることにより図9に示した弁素子は上方に運動し、円板278が弁穴272に納まって弁穴を通る流体の通過を遮断するポジションを占める。図から看取されるように、弁が閉鎖ポジションを占め、たとえば弁の左側を高圧が支配していれば、該高圧は一番上と上から三番目の円板に対し下向きに押し付ける作用をおよぼし、他方で一番下と下から三番目の円板には上向きに押し付ける作用をおよぼすことから、弁素子には全体として圧力差にかかわりなく力がかからない。
Claims (3)
- クランクシャフト(10)と連結したピストン(6)が内部で作動する少なくとも1シリンダ(4)を含む内燃機関であって、前記シリンダは少なくとも1吸気口(16)と少なくとも1排気口(20)とを有し、吸気口においてクランクシャフトの回転に応じて開閉作動する吸気弁(18)は該吸気口を末端とする吸気路(14)と前記シリンダとを一時的に連結し、該排気口において前記クランクシャフトの回転に応じて開閉作動する排気弁(24)は該排気口を起点とする排気路(22)と前記シリンダとを一時的に連結するように構成されたピストン往復内燃機関であるガス機関のための給気制御装置において、
電動機(282,284)によって作動される別途弁(278,272)を給気路(14)内の吸気弁(18)の直近上流に配置し、前記別途弁は電動機(282,284)によって作動される軸部(276)と該軸部と固定結合された少なくとも2閉鎖体(278)とを備えた弁体(274)を有し、前記閉鎖体は吸気路(14)の隔壁(270)に配置された当該弁穴(272)と協働して前記閉鎖体に作用する圧力差を補償し、
軸部(276)は吸気路(14)を垂直に貫通して往復動電磁装置(282,284)として形成された電動機により垂直方向に摺動可能とし、
前記閉鎖体を前記軸部を取巻く円盤(278)として形成し、
前記吸気路遮断面で見て蛇行状に形成された隔壁(270)を設け、前記円板を前記弁の開放状態において前記吸気路を通る流れの方向から見て前記弁穴の異なった側に配置し、
制御器(26)を設け、該制御器により少なくとも1パワー要求素子(34)と相関させてパワー要求が減少するにしたがって前記弁の閉鎖時点を前記吸気弁の閉鎖時点よりさらに早期にずらすように前記電動機を制御するように構成し、これによって、エンジン負荷は前記別途弁(278,272)によってのみ制御されることを特徴とする給気制御装置。 - 4弁穴(272)を当該円板(278)と共に設けた請求項1に記載の給気制御装置。
- 各シリンダは当該吸気弁を備えた2吸気口を有し、該吸気口のそれぞれに至る各吸気路(46,48)に当該電動機によって作動される弁を配置した請求項1または2に記載の吸気制御装置。
