Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡洗浄とレンズクリーニングに伴って流体を送達するための可撓容器または剛性容器に取り外し可能に結合可能なキャップ16aを含む混成装置10であって、キャップ16aはその端部に配置され、処置中に流体源16、空気またはガス源および内視鏡への配管供給を経由して接続される。混成装置10は、キャップ16aを通って第1のルーメンを画定する第1の管、キャップ16aを通って第2ルーメンを画定する第2の管、およびキャップ16aを通って第3のルーメンを画定する第3の管を含む。前記第2の管が、内視鏡レンズクリーニングのために前記流体源16から前記内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成され、前記第3の管が、内視鏡洗浄のために前記流体源16から前記内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成される。

本出願は、「内視鏡の洗浄およびレンズクリーニングのための流体供給用混成装置」の名称で2010年10月8日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/391,277号の優先権および恩恵を主張するものであり、その開示の全体は参照により本出願に援用されている。
Claims (22)
- 流体源に取り外し可能に結合可能なキャップであって、前記流体源が流体を収容するように構成されたチャンバーを画定するキャップと、
前記キャップに結合された第1管であって、前記キャップが前記流体源に結合されるとき、前記第1管によって画定されるルーメンが前記流体源のチャンバーに流体連絡し、前記第1管が前記流体源のチャンバーにガス源を流体的に結合するように構成された前記第1管と、
前記キャップ中の第1開口部を通って展延して構成された第2管であって、前記キャップが前記流体源に結合するとき、第2管の少なくとも一部が前記流体源のチャンバーに受容されて前記第2管の端部がその中の前記流体中に配設され、前記第2管が前記流体源のチャンバーから内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成された前記第2管と、
第2開口部を通って展延して構成された第3管であって、前記キャップが前記流体源に結合されるとき、第3管の少なくとも一部が前記流体源のチャンバー中に受容され、前記第3管の端部がその中の前記流体中に配設され、前記第3管が前記流体源のチャンバーから前記内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成された前記第3管と、
を含む装置。 - 前記第2管が、内視鏡レンズクリーニングのために前記流体源から前記内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成され、前記第3管が、内視鏡洗浄のために前記流体源から前記内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップは通気性がない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2管が、第1の時間中に前記流体を前記流体源から前記内視鏡へ送るように構成され、前記第3管が、第2の時間中に前記流体を前記流体源から前記内視鏡へ送るように構成され、前記第2の時間の少なくとも一部が前記第1の時間の一部と同時である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2管の端部に結合されたバルブをさらに含み、前記バルブが前記第2管のルーメン内から前記流体源のチャンバー中への前記流体の流れを防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第3管に結合されたバルブをさらに含み、前記バルブが前記内視鏡または前記内視鏡に近い洗浄部位の少なくとも1つから前記流体源のチャンバー中への前記流体の流れを防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2管の少なくとも一部が前記第1管の前記ルーメン中に配設される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1管の少なくとも一部および前記第2管の少なくとも一部が同軸である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1管が前記流体源のチャンバーの外で終端する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体源に取り外し可能に結合可能なキャップを含むキャップ組み立て体であって、ガス源から前記流体のチャンバー内の圧力を上昇させるのに十分なガスを前記流体源のチャンバー中へ送るように構成された第1ルーメンと、前記流体源のチャンバー内の圧力の上昇に応答して前記流体源のチャンバーから流体を送るように構成された第2ルーメンと、前記流体源のチャンバー内の圧力の上昇に応答して前記流体源のチャンバーから流体を送るように構成された第3ルーメンと、を画定する前記キャップ組み立て体と、
前記キャップ組み立て体の第2ルーメンから前記流体源のチャンバーへの流体の流れを防止するように構成された少なくとも第1バルブを含むバルブ組み立て体と、
を含む内視鏡へ流体を送達するための装置。 - 前記第2ルーメンが前記流体源から第1流速で流体を送るように構成され、前記第3ルーメンが前記流体源から前記第1流速よりも高い第2流速で流体を送るように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 流体を、前記流体源のチャンバーから前記第2ルーメンおよび前記第3ルーメンの各々を通って実質的に同時に送ることのできる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2ルーメンが前記キャップを通って結合した管によって画定され、前記第1バルブが前記流体源のチャンバー中に受容されるように構成された前記管の端部に結合される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2ルーメンの少なくとも一部が前記第1ルーメンの少なくとも一部内に配設される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第3ルーメンが蠕動ポンプによって発生したポンピング力に応答して前記流体源のチャンバーから流体を送るように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップが、前記流体源のチャンバーを大気から封止するように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ組み立て体が、前記内視鏡または内視鏡に近い洗浄部位の少なくとも1つから前記流体源のチャンバーへの流体の流れを防止するように構成された第2バルブを含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- ガス源から流体源のチャンバーへガスを送ること、
キャップに結合され、内視鏡レンズの洗浄のために前記流体源から内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成された第1管を経由して、前記キャップによって封止された前記流体源のチャンバーから流体の第1容量を送ること、
前記キャップに結合され、内視鏡洗浄のために前記流体源から前記内視鏡へ流体を送るように構成された第2管を経由して前記流体源のチャンバーから流体の第2容量を送ること、
を含む方法。 - 前記流体源のチャンバー中にガスを送ることが前記流体源のチャンバー内の圧力を上昇させ、前記チャンバー内の上昇した圧力に応答して、第1管を経由して流体の第1容量が前記流体源から送られる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の第1容量または前記流体の第2容量の少なくとも1つが前記流体源のチャンバーから送られることによって起きる、前記流体源のチャンバー内の圧力の変化を相殺するのに十分な速度で、前記ガスが前記ガス源から前記流体源のチャンバー中に送られる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の第1容量が第1流速で送られ、前記流体の第2容量が第1流速よりも高い第2流速で送られる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の第1容量が第1の時間中に送られ、前記流体の第2容量が第2の時間中に送られ、前記第2の時間の少なくとも一部が前記第1の時間の少なくとも一部と同時である、請求項18に記載の方法。
