Claims (3)
- 内視鏡に設けた気体供給管及び液体供給管を、この内視鏡の挿入部の先端に設けられ、観察窓に向けて洗浄用流体を噴射する噴射ノズルに連通させた合流管に接続する内視鏡の流路合流構造において、
前記内視鏡の本体操作部内に設けられ、一端側に前記気体供給管及び前記液体供給管が挿入されて固定される2つの上流側流路取付孔が開口し、他端側は1つの下流側流路取付孔が開口し、中間部がこれら両上流側流路取付孔を前記下流側流路取付孔に連通させるために設けられ、前記下流側流路取付孔から前記両上流側流路取付孔に向けてテーパ状に拡開する流路合流部となった流路接続部材と、
前記下流側流路取付孔に接続され、前記合流管の基端部が連結される連結パイプと、を備え、
前記流路接続部材は、単一の部材を、前記一端側から前記2つの上流側流路取付孔を穿設により開口し、前記他端側から前記下流側流路取付孔を穿設により開口し、前記下流側流路取付孔から穿設により空洞部を形成することにより前記テーパ状に拡散する前記流路合流部を形成したこと
を特徴とする内視鏡の流路合流構造。 - 前記流路接続部材は、金属で形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡の流路合流構造。 - 前記流路接続部材は、前記上流側流路取付孔が形成されている側の両側部に切り欠き部が形成され、前記連結パイプの接続側の外形は断面が円形とする構成としたこと
を特徴とする請求項1または2記載の流路合流構造。
