また、本発明の他態様による内視鏡装置は、先端と基端を有し、前記先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の流体を体外に流す第1の管路と、前記第1の管路の中途位置から分岐するとともに再度前記第1の管路に合流するよう設けられた、前記体内の前記流体の内、前記体内に発生する固体粒子成分を含む流体が通過する第2の管路と、前記第1の管路において前記第2の管路が分岐して合流するまでの間の位置に設けられた、前記第1の管路の流路を開閉する第1の弁と、前記第2の管路に設けられた、該第2の管路の流路を開閉する第2の弁と、を有する内視鏡と、前記体内の生体組織にエネルギを与えることにより前記生体組織を焼灼する焼灼装置と、を具備し、前記焼灼装置の動作に基づき前記第2の弁に対して開閉動作させる制御を行う内視鏡の弁開閉部を具備する。
さらに、本発明の一態様による内視鏡は、先端と基端を有し、前記先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の流体を体外に流す第1の管路と、前記第1の管路の中途位置から分岐するとともに再度前記第1の管路に合流するよう設けられた、前記体内の前記流体の内、前記体内に発生する固体粒子成分を含む流体が通過する第2の管路と、前記第1の管路において前記第2の管路が分岐して合流するまでの間の位置に設けられた、前記第1の管路の流路を開閉する第1の弁と、前記第2の管路に設けられた、該第2の管路の流路を開閉する第2の弁と、を具備し、前記第2の弁は、前記体内の生体組織にエネルギを与えることにより前記生体組織を焼灼する焼灼装置の動作に基づき開閉動作される。

図1は、本実施の形態の内視鏡装置を概略的に示す図、図2は、図1の内視鏡装置における内視鏡内に設けられる第1の管路及び第2の管路を、挿入部を体腔内に挿入した状態において管路開閉部及びフットスイッチとともに概略的に示す図である。
図8は、本実施の形態の内視鏡装置における内視鏡内に設けられた吸引管路とバイパス管路との分岐部を拡大して概略的に示す図である。

Claims (14)
- 先端と基端を有し、前記先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の流体を体外に流す第1の管路と、
前記第1の管路の中途位置から分岐するとともに再度前記第1の管路に合流するよう設けられた、前記体内の前記流体の内、前記体内に発生する固体粒子成分を含む流体が通過する第2の管路と、
前記第1の管路において前記第2の管路が分岐して合流するまでの間の位置に設けられた、前記第1の管路の流路を開閉する第1の弁と、
前記第2の管路に設けられた、該第2の管路の流路を開閉する第2の弁と、
を有する内視鏡と、
前記体内の生体組織にエネルギを与えることにより前記生体組織を焼灼する焼灼装置と、
前記焼灼装置の動作に基づき前記第2の弁に対して開閉動作させる弁開閉部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記弁開閉部は、前記焼灼装置が前記生体組織に前記エネルギを与えるタイミングに連動して前記第2の弁を開く動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第2の管路は、前記第1の管路の中途位置において前記第1の弁よりも先端側から分岐するとともに、前記第1の弁よりも基端側で再度前記第1の管路の中途位置に合流することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の管路には、前記第1の管路を介して前記流体を吸引する吸引装置が接続され、
前記弁開閉部が前記第2の弁を開いたとき、前記吸引装置の駆動により、前記体内の流体が前記第2の管路を通過することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記体内に発生する固体粒子成分を含む流体は、前記焼灼装置から前記エネルギが与えられることによって焼灼される前記生体組織に由来する成分を含む気体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第2の管路に、気体を通過させるとともに液体及び固体の通過を遮断するフィルタが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。

- 前記内視鏡は、前記挿入部に連設される操作部を具備し、
前記第2の管路は、一部が前記操作部外に露出されており、前記第2の弁は、前記第2の管路における前記操作部外の露出部位に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記第1の管路は、前記体内に少なくとも前記焼灼装置を通過させる処置具挿通チャンネルを兼ねていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の弁は、操作者によって能動的に前記第1の管路の流路を開閉させる弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記弁開閉部は、内視鏡画像におけるミストの濃度が一定値を超えた場合に、前記第2の弁を開く動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記弁開閉部は、前記内視鏡の前記挿入部の先端に設けられた湿度検出装置から得られる前記体内の湿度が一定値を超えた場合に、前記第2の弁を開く動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 先端と基端を有し、前記先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の流体を体外に流す第1の管路と、
前記第1の管路の中途位置から分岐するとともに再度前記第1の管路に合流するよう設けられた、前記体内の前記流体の内、前記体内に発生する固体粒子成分を含む流体が通過する第2の管路と、
前記第1の管路において前記第2の管路が分岐して合流するまでの間の位置に設けられた、前記第1の管路の流路を開閉する第1の弁と、
前記第2の管路に設けられた、該第2の管路の流路を開閉する第2の弁と、
を有する内視鏡と、
前記体内の生体組織にエネルギを与えることにより前記生体組織を焼灼する焼灼装置と、
を具備し、
前記焼灼装置の動作に基づき前記第2の弁に対して開閉動作させる制御を行う内視鏡の弁開閉部を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 先端と基端を有し、前記先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の流体を体外に流す第1の管路と、
前記第1の管路の中途位置から分岐するとともに再度前記第1の管路に合流するよう設けられた、前記体内の前記流体の内、前記体内に発生する固体粒子成分を含む流体が通過する第2の管路と、
前記第1の管路において前記第2の管路が分岐して合流するまでの間の位置に設けられた、前記第1の管路の流路を開閉する第1の弁と、
前記第2の管路に設けられた、該第2の管路の流路を開閉する第2の弁と、
を具備し、
前記第2の弁は、前記体内の生体組織にエネルギを与えることにより前記生体組織を焼灼する焼灼装置の動作に基づき開閉動作されることを特徴とする内視鏡。
