Abstract
【解決手段】車両10には、動力源としての電池11が搭載されている。車両10の電池制御装置16は、認証部16bを備える。認証部16bは、電池11が正規であるか否かを判定する。電池11が正規ではない場合、制御部16cは、電池11の充電を制限する。これにより、非正規電池の使用が抑制される。使用者は、入力端末28から所定の情報を登録することによって、管理組織のサーバ26から仮認証に基づく充電許可を取得することができる。仮認証に基づく充電許可が有る場合、非正規電池を充電することができる。このため、使用者の利便性を改善することができる。

図1は、本発明を適用した第1実施形態に係る電池管理システムを示すブロック図である。電池管理システム1は、車両(EVHC)10と地上施設20とを備える。車両10は、電池によって作動する電池動作機器である。車両10は、走行用動力の少なくとも一部を電動機によって発生する。車両10は、例えば、電動機のみによって走行する電気自動車、または電動機と内燃機関とを併用して走行するハイブリッド自動車である。
ステップ381とステップ382とによって、使用許可を付与するためのひとつの条件が満たされたか否かが判定される。この条件は、使用者からの申請により、所定の情報がサーバ26に登録されたか否かである。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。上記実施形態の構造は、あくまで例示であって、本発明の範囲はこれらの記載の範囲に限定されるものではない。本発明の範囲は、特許請求の範囲の記載によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲の記載と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更を含むものである。
Claims (6)
- 使用者からの申請により所定の情報が登録された場合に、正規ではない非正規電池への充電を許可する充電許可を付与する充電許可付与手段と、
電池によって動作する電池動作機器に装着された前記電池が正規電池か非正規電池かを判定する電池判定手段と、
前記充電許可付与手段から付与された前記充電許可が有るか無いかを判定する充電許可判定手段と、
前記電池判定手段の判定結果と前記充電許可判定手段の判定結果とに応じて前記電池への充電を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記判定結果が、正規電池のとき、充電許可の有無にかかわらず、前記電池へ充電するとともに、前記判定結果が、非正規電池、かつ充電許可有りのときにも、前記電池へ充電する充電手段と、
前記判定結果が、非正規電池、かつ充電許可無しのとき、前記電池への充電を制限する制限手段と
を備えることを特徴とする電池管理システム。 - 前記充電許可判定手段は、さらに、前記充電許可が有効か否かを判定するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 前記充電許可判定手段は、期間に関して、および/または充電回数に関して、前記充電許可が有効であるか否かを判定するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池管理システム。
- さらに、前記充電許可付与手段において登録された前記所定の情報を、前記電池または前記電池動作機器に関連する関連組織に提供する情報提供手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池管理システム。
- 前記充電手段は、
前記判定結果が、正規電池のとき、充電許可の有無にかかわらず、電池へ充電する正規電池充電手段と、
前記判定結果が、非正規電池、かつ充電許可有りのとき、前記正規電池充電手段による充電条件よりも制限された充電条件の下で、電池へ充電する非正規電池充電手段と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電池管理システム。 - 前記充電許可付与手段は、前記使用者によって操作される入力端末と、
前記入力端末から前記所定の情報が登録された場合に前記充電許可を付与するサーバと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電池管理システム。
