Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のバイオセンサの製造方法は、第一基板12と、第一基板12と積層されると共に、試料液を吸引するキャピラリ44を第一基板12の先端部との間に形成する第二基板14と、第二基板14における少なくともキャピラリ44に面する領域に形成された親水層26とを有するバイオセンサ形成部60を複数有するシート材62を形成するシート材形成工程と、シート材62に対し、キャピラリ44の先端が第一基板12及び第二基板14の先端面12A,14Aに開口されるように、各バイオセンサ形成部60の先端を第一基板12側から刃74によって裁断することにより、複数のバイオセンサ10を得る裁断工程と、を備えている。

Claims (15)
- 第一基板と、前記第一基板と積層されると共に、試料液を吸引するキャピラリを前記第一基板の先端部との間に形成する第二基板と、前記第二基板における少なくとも前記キャピラリに面する領域に形成された親水層とを有するバイオセンサ形成部を複数有するシート材を形成するシート材形成工程と、
前記シート材に対し、前記キャピラリの先端が前記第一基板及び前記第二基板の先端面に開口されるように、前記各バイオセンサ形成部の先端を前記第一基板側から刃によって裁断することにより、複数のバイオセンサを得る裁断工程と、
を備えたバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記シート材形成工程において、前記第一基板として前記第二基板よりも靭性が高いものを用いる、
請求項1に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記裁断工程において、前記第一基板の先端面が、前記第二基板から離間される側に向かうに従って前記第一基板の後端側に向かう傾斜面となるように、前記各バイオセンサ形成部の先端を裁断する、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記裁断工程において、前記刃として、前記第一基板及び前記第二基板の先端面との接触面が前記第二基板側から前記第一基板側に向かうに従って前記第一基板の後端側に向かう傾斜面とされた片刃を用いる、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記裁断工程において、前記刃として、裁断される一対の前記バイオセンサ形成部の配列方向に並ぶ一対の刃部を有する両刃を用いる、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 第一基板と、
前記第一基板と積層されると共に、試料液を吸引するキャピラリを前記第一基板の先端部との間に形成する第二基板と、
前記第二基板における少なくとも前記キャピラリに面する領域に形成された親水層と、
前記第二基板から前記キャピラリと反対側に延出するバリと、
を備えたバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板は、前記第二基板よりも靭性が高く形成されている、
請求項6に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記キャピラリの先端側は、その先端に向かうに従って前記第一基板及び前記第二基板の積層方向に径が拡がっている、
請求項6又は請求項7に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板の先端面は、前記第二基板から離間される側に向かうに従って前記第一基板の後端側に向かう傾斜面として形成されている、
請求項6〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板の先端面は、前記第二基板の先端面よりも前記第二基板の後端側に位置されている、

請求項6〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板のキャピラリに面する領域にも親水層を有する、
