Claims (15)
- 第一基板と、前記第一基板と積層されると共に、試料液を吸引するキャピラリを前記第一基板の先端部との間に形成する第二基板と、前記第二基板における少なくとも前記キャピラリに面する領域に形成された親水層とを有するバイオセンサ形成部を複数有し、前記第二基板よりも前記第一基板の方が積層方向の厚みが厚いシート材を形成するシート材形成工程と、
前記シート材に対し、前記キャピラリの先端が前記第一基板及び前記第二基板の先端面に開口されるように、前記各バイオセンサ形成部の先端を前記第一基板側から前記第二基板へ向かう方向に刃を入れて裁断し、複数のバイオセンサを得る裁断工程と、
を備えたバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記シート材形成工程において、前記第一基板として前記第二基板よりも靭性が高いものを用いる、
請求項1に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記裁断工程において、前記第一基板の先端面が、前記第二基板から離間される側に向かうに従って前記第一基板の後端側に向かう傾斜面となるように、前記各バイオセンサ形成部の先端を裁断する、
請求項1又は2に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記裁断工程において、前記刃として、前記第一基板及び前記第二基板の先端面との接触面が前記第二基板側から前記第一基板側に向かうに従って前記第一基板の後端側に向かう傾斜面とされた片刃を用いる、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 前記裁断工程において、前記刃として、裁断される一対の前記バイオセンサ形成部の配列方向に並ぶ一対の刃部を有する両刃を用いる、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサの製造方法。 - 第一基板と、
前記第一基板と積層されると共に、試料液を吸引するキャピラリを前記第一基板の先端部との間に形成する第二基板と、
前記第二基板における少なくとも前記キャピラリに面する領域に形成された親水層と、
を備え、
前記第一基板は、前記第二基板よりも積層方向の厚みが厚く形成されており、
前記第二基板は、前記キャピラリとは反対側へ延出するバリを有するバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板は、前記第二基板よりも靭性が高く形成されている、
請求項6に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記キャピラリの先端側は、その先端に向かうに従って前記第一基板及び前記第二基板の積層方向に径が拡がっている、
請求項6又は7に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板の先端面は、前記第二基板から離間される側に向かうに従って前記第一基板の後端側に向かう傾斜面として形成されている、
請求項6〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板の先端面は、前記第二基板の先端面よりも前記第二基板の後端側に位置されている、
請求項6〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板のキャピラリに面する領域に試薬または電極を有する、
請求項6〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記第一基板のキャピラリに面する領域にも親水層を有する、
請求項6〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記試料液として血液を吸引する、
請求項6〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 血糖値を測定するために用いられる、
請求項6〜請求項13のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 請求項6〜請求項14のいずれか一項に記載のバイオセンサに試料液を吸引させる、バイオセンサの試料液吸引方法であって、
前記キャピラリの先端側より前記試料液を点着させ、試料液を前記第二基板における前記第一基板側の面に這わせて、かつ前記試料液が前記第一基板における前記第二基板側の面にも這うようにして、試料液を吸引させる、
