Abstract
【解決手段】交互に積層される陽極112及び陰極113と、これらの間に介在するセパレータ111とを有するセル電極ユニット110と、陽極112の一側に延在して積層される複数の陽極端子と、複数の陽極端子と分離され、陰極113の一側に延在して積層される複数の陰極端子と、セル電極ユニット110、複数の陽極端子及び該複数の陰極端子を収容する筐体130と、筐体130の内部から外部へ貫通するようにインサート射出成形され、積層された複数の陽極端子及び積層された複数の陰極端子のうちの少なくともいずれかと電気的に接続され、セル電極ユニット110を筐体130の内部に固定する引出し端子ユニット140とを含む。

Description
そこで、本発明は上記の問題点に鑑みて成されたものであって、筐体にインサート射出成形された引出し端子ユニットを備えることによって、抵抗の増加を引き起こすような溶着工程を行うことなく、積層された各端子と引出し端子ユニットとを直接接合する電気化学キャパシタを提供することに、その目的がある。

Claims (10)
- 交互に積層される陽極及び陰極と、該陽極と該陰極との間に介在するセパレータとを有するセル電極ユニットと、
前記陽極の一側に延在して積層される複数の陽極端子と、
前記複数の陽極端子と分離され、前記陰極の一側に延在して積層される複数の陰極端子と、
前記セル電極ユニット、前記複数の陽極端子及び前記複数の陰極端子を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体の内部から外部へ貫通するようにインサート射出成形され、積層された前記複数の陽極端子及び積層された前記複数の陰極端子のうちの少なくともいずれか一つと電気的に接続され、前記セル電極ユニットを前記筐体の内部に固定する引出し端子ユニットと、
を含む電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記引出し端子ユニットは、
前記筐体の外側面に配設される外部コンタクト部と、
前記外部コンタクト部から延在して前記筐体にインサートされた挿入部と、
前記挿入部から延在して積層された前記各端子と接触する内部コンタクト部と、
を備える請求項1に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記内部コンタクト部は、前記陽極の終端部または前記陰極の終端部に対向する積層された前記各端子の終端部を互いに電気的に接続する請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- 前記内部コンタクト部は、前記陽極の終端部または前記陰極の終端部と接続される積層された前記各端子の側端部を互いに電気的に接続する請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- 前記端子の各々は、互いに接続されて貫通する挿入孔を備え、
前記内部コンタクト部は、前記挿入孔に挿入され、積層された前記各端子を互いに接続する請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記外部コンタクト部は、前記筐体の底面及び側面のうちの少なくともいずれか一つに配設される請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- 前記引出し端子ユニットは、前記内部コンタクト部から延在して折曲され、前記セル電極ユニットを前記筐体に固定する固定部をさらに含む請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- 前記固定部は、積層された前記複数の陽極端子のうち最上端子または積層された前記複数の陰極端子のうち最上端子を覆うように折曲される請求項7に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- 前記各端子は、前記陽極または前記陰極に対して水平に延在する請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- 積層された前記各端子間に介在する補強部材を、さらに含む請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
