Abstract
【解決手段】 吐出口45dの近くの流路47中に突出するように、流路狭小部47aを形成する舌部49を側壁部45に設ける。舌部49の先端面53は、吸引口形成壁部41から対向壁部43に向かうに従って幅寸法が大きくなる形状を有している。さらに、舌部49は、吸引口形成壁部41から対向壁部43に向かうに従って流路47内への突出寸法が一定の減少率で連続して減少する形状を有している。

Claims (6)
- 複数枚のブレードを備え且つ電動モータの回転軸に直接または間接的に固定されて回転するインペラと、
吸引口と、吐出口と、前記吸引口につながるスクロール状の流路とを有して、前記流路中に前記インペラを収納するケーシングとを備え、
前記ケーシングが、前記回転軸の軸線方向に向かって開口する前記吸引口が形成された吸引口形成壁部と、前記吸引口形成壁部と対向する対向壁部と、前記吸引口形成壁部と前記対向壁部とを連結する側壁部とを備え、前記吐出口の近くの前記流路中に突出するように、流路狭小部を形成する舌部が前記側壁部に設けられている遠心ファンであって、
前記舌部は、前記吸引口形成壁部から前記対向壁部に向かうに従って前記流路内への突出寸法が連続して減少する形状を有していることを特徴とする遠心ファン。 - 前記突出寸法の減少率が一定である請求項1に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記舌部の先端面は、前記吸引口形成壁部から前記対向壁部に向かうに従って幅寸法が大きくなる形状を有している請求項1に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記舌部は、前記先端面と連続し且つ前記吐出口に向かうに従って前記流路を広げるように傾斜する傾斜面を備えている請求項3に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記傾斜面は、前記先端面と連続して一定の傾斜角度で傾斜する第1の傾斜面部と、前記第1の傾斜面部と連続し前記流路に向かって凸となる方向に湾曲する第2の傾斜面部とを有している請求項4に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記舌部は、前記第2の傾斜面部と連続し前記吐出口に沿って延びる平坦面をさらに備えている請求項5に記載の遠心ファン。
