- 内燃機関(1)の短時間のストップおよびスタータ(2)としての電気機械を用いた内燃機関(1)のスタートを実施する、車両における内燃機関(1)のスタート・ストップ制御のための方法であって、
前記内燃機関(1)は停止条件が存在する場合に例えば機関制御装置によって停止され、かつ、スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、始動条件に基づきスタート信号が存在するか否かを確認する、スタート・ストップ制御のための方法において、
前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、前記内燃機関(1)が停止するまでの期間(t)内に、運転ストラテジによって前記内燃機関(1)を制御することを特徴とする、スタート・ストップ制御のための方法。 - 前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、スタート信号(I)が検出される時点までの前記内燃機関(1)の停止信号の持続時間および/または前記内燃機関(1)の惰性走行の回転数(n1)に依存して、所定の運転ストラテジを選択する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、電気機械への給電の時点および/または持続時間に関する所定の設定、例えば給電の電流強度に関する所定の設定、また、例えば前記電気機械の制動装置(17)の使用に関する所定の設定を有する運転ストラテジを選択する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、電気機械としての前記スタータ(2)と前記内燃機関(1)を機械的に接続させることができるクラッチ装置(3)が操作される時点に関する所定の設定を有する運転ストラテジを選択する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、前記内燃機関(1)の停止時点に関する所定の設定を有する運転ストラテジを選択する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、前記内燃機関(1)が自立的に始動可能であり、かつ、前記内燃機関(1)をアイドリング回転数へと加速させることができる第1の期間(t1)内にスタート信号が検出されるか否かを検査する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1の期間(t1)よりも長い第2の期間(t2)の経過後、または前記内燃機関(1)の回転数の経過に応じて、前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によってスタート信号が検出されなかった場合には、スタータ(2)への給電が行われ、スタータ(2)の回転数が上昇し、第3の期間(t3)内にスタート信号が検出されるか否かが検査され、前記スタータ(2)を前記内燃機関(1)と噛み合わせるためにクラッチ装置(3)が操作されるように、運転ストラテジを用いて前記スタータ(2)および前記クラッチ装置(3)を制御する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スタータ(2)に出力の一部を給電し、前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によってスタート信号が第4の期間(t4)内に検出されるか否かを検査し、前記スタータ(2)の回転数を前記内燃機関(1)の低減していく回転数に合わせて上昇され、前記スタータ(2)をクラッチ装置(3)によって、前記内燃機関(1)の回転数と実質的に同じ回転数でクラッチに入れるか、噛み合わせる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第4の期間(t4)が終了するまでにスタート信号が検出されない場合に前記スタータ(2)が停止されるように前記スタータ(2)に電力の一部を給電し、スタータ(2)を前記内燃機関(1)の停止と実質的に同じ時点に停止させる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関(1)の停止信号の発生とほぼ同時に前記スタータ(2)に給電を行い、前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)によって、スタート信号が第5の期間(t5)内に検出されるか否かを検査する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スタータ(2)の回転数が前記内燃機関(1)の回転数に達すると、前記スタータ(2)をクラッチ装置(3)によって前記内燃機関(1)と接続する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関(1)のストップ信号の発生と実質的に同時に前記スタータ(2)を加速させるために前記スタータ(2)に給電を行い、前記内燃機関(1)を所定の第6の期間(t6)の経過後に停止し、第7の期間(t7)内に前記スタータ(2)と前記内燃機関(1)をそれぞれ実質的に同じ回転数でクラッチ装置(3)によって機械的に接続する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スタータ(2)の回転数を制動装置(17)によって制動し、前記内燃機関(1)の回転数に合わせる、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムがスタート・ストップ制御装置(14)において実施される場合に、請求項1から13までの少なくとも1項記載の方法の全てのステップを実施するためにプログラム命令と共にプログラムメモリにロードされるコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 内燃機関(1)の短時間のストップと、例えばスタータ(2)としての電気機械を用いた、内燃機関(1)のスタートとを実施する、車両における内燃機関(1)のためのスタート・ストップ制御装置(14)であって、
前記内燃機関(1)は停止条件が存在する場合に機関制御装置(7)によって停止され、かつ、スタータ制御装置(6)によって、始動条件に基づきスタート信号が存在するか否かが確認される、スタート・ストップ制御装置において、
前記スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)は、プログラムメモリを備えたマイクロコンピュータを有し、有利には請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載された方法を実施するために、例えば請求項14に記載されたコンピュータプログラム製品が前記プログラムメモリにロードされることを特徴とする、スタート・ストップ制御装置(14)。
