Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の耐火性組成物は、化学分析により測定されたときに、酸化クロムを50%以上含有する。該耐火性組成物は、クロミア含有溶融粒子と、微粒子状の酸化クロムと、クロミア含有焼結粒子とを含有する。クロミア含有溶融粒子とクロミア含有焼結粒子は、化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロムを50%以上含有する。

Description
大きさによって等級バッチ化された溶融クロミア−アルミナであって、−4+10タイラーメッシュ粒子からなる粗粒のフラクション、−10+28タイラーメッシュ粒子からなる中間サイズの粒子フラクション、および−28タイラーメッシュ粒子からなる微粒子フラクションを含有するものを製造する工程。
前記微粒子フラクションが10〜100%の微粒子酸化クロムを含むことになるように、微粒子酸化クロムをバッチに添加する工程。
前記微粒子フラクションが10〜100%の微粒子酸化クロムを含むことになるように微粒子酸化クロムをバッチに添加する工程。
結合剤をバッチに混合し、成形体を形成可能な混合物を得る工程。
混合物をレンガ形状に押圧形成する工程。
乾燥し焼いてレンガを形成する工程。
Claims (18)
- 化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロムを50%以上含有するクロミア含有溶融粒子35〜95重量%と、微粒子状の酸化クロム1〜35重量%と、化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロムを50%以上含有するクロミア含有焼結粒子5〜50重量%とを含有することを特徴とするクロムレンガ形成用耐火性組成物。
- 前記クロミア含有溶融粒子および前記クロミア含有焼結粒子がクロミア−アルミナ粒子を主成分とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロムを50%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 前記クロミア含有溶融粒子が、4タイラーメッシュまたはそれより細かい粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 前記クロミア含有焼結粒子の80%以上が10タイラーメッシュ以下の粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 化学分析により測定したときに、酸化クロム(Cr2O3)を50%以上含有するクロミア−アルミナ溶融粒子35〜95重量%と、微粒子状の酸化クロム(Cr2O3)1〜35重量%と、化学分析により測定したときに、酸化クロムを50%以上含有するクロミア−アルミナ焼結粒子5〜50重量%とを含有することを特徴とするクロミア−アルミナ耐火物。
- 化学分析により測定したときに、酸化クロムを75重量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクロミア−アルミナ耐火物。
- 化学分析により測定したときに、酸化クロムを90重量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクロミア−アルミナ耐火物。
- 前記クロミア−アルミナ溶融粒子が、4タイラーメッシュまたはそれより細かい粒子サイズを有し、かつ前記クロミア−アルミナ焼結粒子が4タイラーメッシュまたはそれより細かい粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のクロミア−アルミナ耐火物。
- 耐火性組成物であって、化学分析により測定したときに、酸化クロム(Cr2O3)を50重量%以上含有し、前記組成物がクロミア含有溶融粒子と、微粒子状酸化クロムとクロミア含有焼結粒子とを含有し、前記クロミア含有溶融粒子およびクロミア含有焼結粒子が化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロムを50重量%以上含有することを特徴とする耐火性組成物。
- 化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロム(Cr2O3)を75重量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロム(Cr2O3)を90重量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 前記クロミア含有溶融粒子および前記クロミア含有焼結粒子が、クロミア−アルミナ粒子を主成分とするものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 前記クロミア−アルミナ溶融粒子が35〜95重量%の前記耐火物を含有し、前記クロミア−アルミナ焼結粒子が5〜50重量%の前記耐火物を含有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 前記微粒子状酸化クロムが前記耐火物1〜35重量%を含有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 前記クロミア含有焼結粒子が4タイラーメッシュ未満の粒子サイズを有する粒子からなり、前記粒子の80%以上が10タイラーメッシュ未満のサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の耐火性組成物。
- 耐火性組成物であって、微粒子状の酸化クロム1〜35重量%と、クロミア焼結粒子およびクロミア溶融粒子を含む混合物を含有する耐火性組成物であって、前記混合物は50重量%以下のクロミア焼結粒子を含有し、該混合物は前記クロミア焼結粒子およびクロミア溶融粒子を化学分析により測定したときに酸化クロム(Cr2O3)を50%以上含有することを特徴とする耐火性組成物。
- 以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする耐火性レンガの製造方法。
大きさによって等級バッチ化された溶融クロミア−アルミナであって、−4+10タイラーメッシュ粒子からなる粗粒のフラクション、−10+28タイラーメッシュ粒子からなる中間サイズの粒子フラクション、および−28タイラーメッシュ粒子からなる微粒子フラクションを含有するものを製造する工程。
前記微粒子フラクションが10〜100%の微粒子酸化クロムを含むことになるように微粒子酸化クロムをバッチに添加する工程。
前記クロミア−アルミナ組成物の5〜50%が焼結クロミア−アルミナを含むことになるように焼結クロミア−アルミナを前記バッチに添加する工程。
結合剤をバッチに混合し、成形体を形成可能な混合物を得る工程。
混合物をレンガ形状に押圧形成する工程。
乾燥し焼いてレンガを形成する工程。
