Abstract
Description
本明細書中、Phrは、「ゴム100部あたり」に相当する。
100phrの天然ゴム(Standard Malaysian Rubber SMR 10)および55phrのカーボンブラックN550、5phrの可塑剤(鉱油Vivatec 500)および1phrのステアリン酸からなるベース混合物を、ギアポンプを備えた一軸押出機によって連続的に押出成形した。押出機ヘッドでの混合物の温度は約100℃であった。スループットは44kg/時間であった。43%の酸化亜鉛ZnO、18.5%の促進剤CBS、18.5%の硫黄SおよびEPDMを含むバインダー物質(19%)とマーカー物質(綿繊維)および紫外線で蛍光するマーカー物質(1%の綿繊維)からなる架橋剤混合物を、ギアポンプとコンベアスクリューからなる計量装置によってベース混合物に計った。計量装置の圧力は約80バールであり、デリバリーは約2kg/時間であった。そのような連続的計量は、8.125phrの架橋剤混合物のベース混合物への添加に相当する。約15分の予備段階の後、長さ約1mの押出機ストリップを2分の時間間隔後、サンプルとして引き抜いた。これらの押出機ストリップから、5つのサンプルを取り、種々の点で150℃での加硫曲線を決定した(RPA 2000、1Hz振動数、1%の伸長振幅によって)。加えて、DIN 53 504による引張試験(加硫プレスで10分間の160℃でのシートの加硫)用にそこから2mmのシートを製造するため、さらなる材料を2分後に押出機ストリップから採取した。
100phrの天然ゴム(Standard Malaysian Rubber SMR 10)および55phrのカーボンブラックN550、5phrの可塑剤(Vivatec 500)および1phrのステアリン酸からなるベース混合物を、実施例1に従って一軸押出機中で押出成形した。最初の実験では、この混合物に、圧力を加えずに、粉末計量装置を用いて、48%の酸化亜鉛ZnO、20.5%のメルカプトベンゾチアジルジスルフィド(MBTS)、11%の亜鉛ジチオホスフェート(Rhein Chemie Rheinau GmbHからのRhenocure(登録商標)ZBOP/S型)および20.5%の硫黄Sからなる7.5phrの粉末化学薬品を添加した(実験A、比較実験)。第2の実験Bでは(本発明に従って)、20%のポリマーEPDM−結合剤、5%の発光マーカー(ジアルミニウム−x−ジスプロシウム−y−ユウロピウム−(1−x−y)−ストロンチウムテトロキシド)および48%の酸化亜鉛ZnO、20.5%のメルカプトベンゾチアジルジスルフィドMBTS、11%の亜鉛ジチオホスフェート(Rhein Chemie Rheinau GmbHからの商標名Rhenocure(登録商標)ZBOP/S)および20.5%の硫黄Sからなるポリマーに結合したバッチ化学薬品を調製した。これは、本発明に従って予混合された架橋剤混合物である(化学薬品のバッチ)。次いで、これを約100バールの圧力でゴム混合物に測定する。従来の標準混合プロセス(70%の充填度、50rpm、50℃、混合時間5分)で、内蔵ミキサー(1.5lチャンバー体積)中で化学薬品のバッチを調製した。一軸スクリュー押出機から出た後の混合物の温度は、両ケースで約100℃であった。
Claims (14)
- 架橋のための架橋剤を互いに混合し、次いで、互いに混合された前記架橋剤を、ゴムを含有するベース混合物と混合させる架橋性ゴム混合物の調製方法。
- 100℃未満の温度、およびこの融点より高く、かつ150℃未満、好ましくは120℃未満の温度で溶解された互いに混合された架橋剤が、前記ベース混合物との混合の間に生じる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合物を架橋するための架橋剤がポリマーでコーティングされ、そしてポリマーでコーティングされた前記架橋剤を、ゴムを含有するベース混合物と混合させる請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 混合物を架橋するための架橋剤が、ゴムを含有するベース混合物中に好ましくは少なくとも50バールの高圧でポンプ輸送され、次いで、混合装置で前記ベース混合物を前記架橋剤と混合させる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 互いに混合された前記架橋剤を容器に導入し、前記容器を閉め、前記閉じた容器を、前記ベース混合物を前記架橋剤と混合する装置に結合させ、開放し、前記架橋剤を前記容器から前記ベース混合物へと供給し、そして供給された前記架橋剤を前記ベース混合物と混合する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋剤を前記ベース混合物と連続的に混合させる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 互いに混合された前記架橋剤が、硫黄、ペルオキシド、金属酸化物、脂肪酸および/またはジチオカルバメート、テトラメチルチウラムジスルフィド(TMTD)、テトラメチルチウラムモノスルフィド(TMTM)、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド(TETD)、ビス(ペンタメチレン)チウラムテトラスルフィド(DPTT)、エチレンチオウレア(ETU)、N,N,N’N’−テトラメチルチオウレア(TMTU)、ジエチルチオウレア(DETU)、ジブチルチオウレア(DBTU)、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール(MBT)、メルカプトベンゾチアジルジスルフィド(MBTS)、亜鉛メルカプトベンゾチアゾール(ZMBT)、N’−シクロヘキシルベンゾチアゾール−2−スルフェンアミド(CBS)、N−第三級−ブチル−2−ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(TBBS)、2−モルホリンベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(MBS)、ジチオホスフェート、ジフェニルグアニジン(DPG)および/またはN’N−ジ−オルト−トリルグアニジン(DOTG)、変色および非変色老化防止剤、パラフェニレンジアミン、イソプロピルフェニル−パラフェニレンジアミン(IPPD)、パラフェニレンジアミン(6PPD)、N,N−ジトリ−p−フェニレンジアミン(DTPD)、トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン(TMQ)、[(フェニル)アミン]−1,4−ナフタレンジオン(PAN)、ビス(4−オクチルフェニル)アミン(ODPA)、スチレン化ジフェニルアミン(SDPA)、モノ−およびビスフェノール、メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、2−メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール(MBI)、2−メルカプトメチルベンゾイミダゾール(MMBI)、亜鉛4−および−5−メチル−2−メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール(ZMMBI)、オレフィン、パラフィン系および/または芳香族可塑剤を含有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋剤が、プロセスの実行の間、分布が連続的に調査されるマーキング物質を備えている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マーキング物質の割合が、互いに混合された前記架橋剤に基づき、50重量%未満、好ましくは5重量%未満である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース混合物がバッチ様式で調製された請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 互いに混合された架橋剤を含有し、ゴムを架橋することを目的とし、閉じていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するための容器。
- 少なくとも1つのポリマーでコーティングされた架橋剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 容器の含有量を決定することができる検出器を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11または12のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 保護された輸送と貯蔵のため、前記混合装置への適合のため、前記架橋剤混合物の容易な変更のため、および前記架橋剤混合物の単純な測定のための、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の容器の使用。
