Claims (13)
- 0<x≦0.15であって、式(1−x)(Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3)x(K0.5Na0.5NbO3)で表される組成を有する二成分系セラミック材料。
- xが0.08≦x≦0.12の範囲にある、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の材料。 - 前記材料は鉛を含まない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の材料。 - xが0.06≦x≦0.075の範囲にあり、
前記材料が結晶層境界を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の材料。 - x=0.12である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の材料。 - x=0.11である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の材料。 - 請求項1乃至6に記載された材料を製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、
A)Bi、Na、K、TiおよびNbからなる粉末状の酸素含有化合物を化学両論比で混合して、出発混合物を製造するステップと、
B)前記出発混合物を粉砕・焼成し、粉末状の固溶体を製造するステップと、
C)前記粉末状の固溶体を圧搾・焼結するステップと、からなる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 方法ステップA)において、出発材料は、Bi、Na、K、TiおよびNbの酸化物および炭酸塩からなる群から選ばれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 方法ステップB)において、前記出発混合物を溶媒中で磨り潰し、800℃から950℃の範囲の温度で乾燥・焼成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。 - 方法ステップC)において、磨り潰された粉末状の固溶体を圧搾して、ディスクを形成し、1050℃から1150℃の範囲の温度で焼結する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つのセラミック製の基体と、前記基体(10)に配置された少なくとも2つの電極(20)を有する部品であって、
前記基体に、請求項1乃至6に記載された材料が含まれる、
ことを特徴とする部品。 - 前記基体は、複数の積層されたセラミック層からなり、前記セラミック層の間には、電極(20)が配置され、
前記電極(20)は、積層された前記セラミック層から外部に引き出され、外部電極(30)に接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の部品。 - 請求項11または12に記載の部品を用いた圧電アクチュエータ。
