Claims (9)
- ケイ酸塩ガラス層を有する金属製品の調製方法であって、その方法が
約50nm〜約10μmの厚さを有する、しっかりと接着した調製された酸化物層を有する金属又は金属合金を用意すること、
ゲル化に対して安定なケイ酸塩水溶液を含む、約20μm未満の厚さを有する被覆層を、前記調製された酸化物層に適用すること、その後、
前記金属又は金属合金を約200℃〜約500℃の範囲の温度に加熱すること、並びに、
遷移界面層及びケイ酸塩ガラス層を含み、かつ約0.1μm〜約10μmの厚さを有する、酸化物−ガラス層を形成すること、
を含む、前記方法。 - しっかりと接着した調製された酸化物層を有する金属又は金属合金を用意することが、金属又は金属合金の表面を陽極酸化して、前記しっかりと接着した調製された酸化物層を形成することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ酸塩水溶液が、金属対イオンを含み、かつ約1.05〜約1.30の比重を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記金属対イオンが、Naと、Li、K及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の他の金属対イオンとを含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記酸化物−ガラス層を、約15秒〜約1時間、約200℃〜約500℃の範囲の温度で硬化させることを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 陽極酸化されたアルミニウムコイルの上にケイ酸塩ガラス層を調製するための方法であって、その方法が
アルミニウムコイル上に、約50nm〜約10μmの厚さを有する、陽極酸化された酸化アルミニウム層を提供すること、
前記陽極酸化された酸化アルミニウム層を有する前記アルミニウムコイルをロールコートラインに供給すること、
安定なケイ酸塩水溶液を、前記陽極酸化された酸化アルミニウム層に適用すること、その後、
前記アルミニウムコイルを、少なくとも約15秒間、約200℃〜約350℃の範囲の温度に加熱すること、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記ケイ酸塩水溶液が、金属ホウ酸塩と、ケイ酸リチウム、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸カリウム及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される金属ケイ酸塩とを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記金属又は金属合金が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ酸塩水溶液が、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩、ボラックス、少なくとも1種のC 1 -C 6 アルコール及び水から本質的になる、請求項1記載の方法。
