Description
Claims (14)
- 測定装置、および電気的接続を測定するための1つまたは複数の導体パターンを備えるシステムであって、前記導体パターンが、前記導体パターンのインピーダンスを上げることによって前記測定装置に適するインピーダンスになるように適合させるアダプタ・コンポーネントを使用して前記測定装置に接続されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- アダプタ・コンポーネントが測定装置および導体パターンに接続するために適しているので、測定されるべきものが前記測定装置に適する容量になることを特徴とする、アダプタ・コンポーネント。
- 1つまたは複数の導体パターンを備える導体フィールドであって、前記導体フィールドが、前記フィールドの前記導体パターンによって生成されたインピーダンスを測定装置に適する容量になるように適合させる1つまたは複数のアダプタ・コンポーネントを備えることを特徴とする、導体フィールド。
- 電気的接続を測定する測定装置であって、前記測定装置が、前記測定装置に接続された導体パターンの容量を前記測定装置にとって適する容量になるように適合させるアダプタ・コンポーネントを備えることを特徴とする、測定装置。
- 上述のアダプタ・コンポーネントが1つまたは複数のコンデンサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置において使用されるアダプタ・コンポーネント。
- 前記アダプタ・コンポーネントが前記導体パターンと前記測定装置との間に直列に接続することに適していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアダプタ・コンポーネント。
- 前記アダプタ・コンポーネントが測定装置に適しており、その測定装置によって測定される最大容量が最大でも100pFであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の構成において使用されるアダプタ・コンポーネント。
- 前記アダプタ・コンポーネントが、最大時で少なくとも101pF容量を生成する導体パターンに接続することに適していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の構成において使用されるアダプタ・コンポーネント。
- 1つまたは複数の導体パターン(1)ならびに導体パターンの間の電気的接続を測定するための測定手段(3)を備える構成であって、前記構成が、前記導体パターン(1)とその環境との間の接続によって生成されたインピーダンスを前記測定手段(3)に適合させるためのアダプタ手段(5)を備えることを特徴とする、構成。
- 前記アダプタ手段(5)が、前記測定手段(3)に接続された前記導体パターン(1)の容量を前記測定手段に適する容量になるように適合させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の構成。
- 前記アダプタ手段(5)が1つまたは複数のコンデンサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項9乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記アダプタ手段(5)が前記導体パターン(1)に直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記アダプタ手段(5)が測定手段(3)に適しており、その容量測定範囲が最大でも100pFに及ぶことを特徴とする、請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記アダプタ手段(5)が、最大時で少なくとも101pF容量を生成する導体パターン(1)に接続することに適していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の構成。
