Abstract
Description
−溶液槽Aは、35重量%の亜鉛ペースト、および、PTFEなし;
−溶液槽Bは、35重量%の亜鉛ペースト、および、1重量%のPTFE;および、
−溶液槽Cは、35重量%の亜鉛ペースト、および、3重量%のPTFE。
チタン−エチルヘキサノラート(テトラ−2−エチルヘキシル・チタネート):24.9重量%
N−ブチルポリチタネート(チタンテトラブタノラート、ポリマ):36.8重量%
アルコール:14.5重量%、および、
沈殿防止剤:合計で11.4重量%。種々の沈殿防止剤が使用され、ここでは、2.6重量%のアモルファスシリカ、3.1重量%の塗料添加剤Y25SN(アシュランド社[Ashland])、および、エヴァルト・デルケン社(Ewald Doerken AG)からのアルコール中で11%のEthocell 45溶液を5.7重量%である。
湿潤剤および分散剤:芳香族炭化水素中におけるDisperbyk 160の20%溶液(デルケン社)を2.6重量%
合計:結合剤として100重量%。
各々が100重量%の下塗りに対して、
−溶液槽Dは、57重量%のペースト、および、潤滑剤なし;
−溶液槽Eは、57重量%のペースト、および、5重量%のポリエチレン;および、
−溶液槽Fは、57重量%のペースト、および、2重量%のPTFE。
Claims (14)
- 被加工物に向かう境界表面および被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面を有する単層もしくは多層の被覆であって、少なくとも一種類の結合剤と金属粒子とを各々が有する一層以上の下塗りが層状に塗付され、かつ、前記下塗りのうちの少なくとも一層は、少なくとも一種類の潤滑剤を有する単層もしくは多層の被覆を塗付しかつ硬化させることにより、金属製被加工物の表面の摩擦係数を調節する方法であって、
前記摩擦係数は、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤濃度および/または潤滑剤組成であって、前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面におけるそれとは異なる潤滑剤濃度および/または潤滑剤組成により調節される、
ことを特徴とする金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 一定の潤滑剤組成において、前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面における潤滑剤濃度は、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤濃度よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 一定の潤滑剤濃度において、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤組成は、前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面における潤滑剤組成とは異なる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面における潤滑剤濃度および潤滑剤組成は、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面上の潤滑剤濃度および潤滑剤組成とは異なる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記潤滑剤組成は、150℃未満の融点を有する潤滑剤と、150℃以上の融点を有する潤滑剤とを含み、
前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面において150℃以上の融点を有する潤滑剤濃度は、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤濃度とは異なる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面において150℃以上の融点を有する潤滑剤濃度は、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤濃度よりも高い、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記被加工物から離れる方向を向く境界表面において150℃まで好適には170℃までの融点を有する潤滑剤濃度は、前記被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤濃度よりも高い、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記少なくとも一種類の潤滑剤は、ハロゲン化炭化水素、特に、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、テトラフルオロエチレン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)、ペルフルオロアルコキシ共重合体(PFA)、過フッ化プロピレンおよびペルフルオロアルキルビニルエーテルとテトラフルオロエチレンとの共重合体(EPE)、テトラフルオロエチレンとペルフルオロメチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体(MFA)、MoS2、窒化ホウ素、グラファイト、フッ化グラファイト、カルナウバ蝋、ポリスルフォン、ポリオレフィン樹脂、特にポリエチレン(PE)およびポリプロピレン(PP)、それらの混合物、または、それらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記金属粒子は、亜鉛、アルミニウム、スズ、マグネシウム、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガン、チタン、および、それらの混合物および合金から成る群から、フレーク、細粒もしくは粉末、または、それらの組み合わせの形態で選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記結合剤は、シラン、シロキサン、ケイ酸塩、チタン酸塩、および、クロムVI化合物、それらの混合物もしくは重合生成物、又は、それらと、エポキシド、ウレタン、アクリル酸塩もしくはポリエステルもしくはそれらの組み合わせとの有機共重合体から成る群から選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 結合剤と、金属粒子と、選択的に潤滑剤とを、水相もしくは有機相中に備える単層もしくは多層の第1下塗りを、被加工物上に塗付する工程、
続いて、結合剤と、金属粒子と、選択的に潤滑剤とを水相もしくは有機相中に各々備える少なくとも一層の更なる下塗りを層状に塗付する工程、を備え、
異なる潤滑剤濃度および/または潤滑剤組成を有する少なくとも二層の下塗りが使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし10いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する。 - 前記被加工物は、前記被覆の塗付の前に、予備処理、特に、洗浄、脱脂、サンドブラスト、空気ブラスト、リン酸処理、荒塗りが施され、又は、接合剤が配備される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし11いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 前記被覆の塗付の後、単層もしくは多層の上塗りが塗付される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし12いずれか一つに記載の金属製被加工物の摩擦係数を調節する方法。 - 一層以上の下塗りから構成された単層もしくは多層の被覆を有する金属製表面を備えた被加工物であって、
被加工物に向かう境界表面においては、被加工物に向かう境界表面における潤滑剤組成および/または潤滑剤濃度と比較して、異なる潤滑剤組成および/または異なる潤滑剤濃度が与えられる、
ことを特徴とする被加工物。
