Description
ラミネートの第2の層上に直接適用されるため、接着剤の必要がなくなる。
本発明において、液体コーティング剤の構成に用いられうる有機溶媒としては、限定されないが、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、アセトン、メチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)、トルエン、キシレン、メタノール、イソプロパノール、エタノール、ヘプタン、酢酸エチル、酢酸イソプロピル、n−ブチルアセテート、n−ブチルアルコールまたはこれらの混合物が挙げられる。好ましい有機溶媒は、キシレン、シクロヘキサノンおよびメチルエチルケトン(MEK)を含む。前記適切な溶媒は、すべての成分を溶解するものであり、コーティングの際に、沸点が残留溶媒の存在を最小にする、または除去するために十分低いものである。
実施例1では、本発明によるLumiflon(登録商標)ベースの保護バックシートの調製を説明する。本実施例で用いられるLumiflon(登録商標)は、60%キシレン溶液として旭硝子株式会社から入手できる、LF200グレード(200g)である。本実施例で用いられる顔料は、デュポン株式会社から入手できる、Ti−Pure(登録商法)R−105(76.2g)である。架橋剤は、バイエルから入手できるDesmodur(登録商標)N3300(21.4g)であり、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの三量体である。前記顔料は、ハイシェアミキサを用いてLumiflon(登録商標)溶液と混合され、次いで溶媒および架橋剤が添加される。
実施例2では、本発明によるLumiflon(登録商標)ベースの保護バックシートの他の実施形態についての調製を説明する。実施例2で用いられるLumiflon(登録商標)は、60%キシレン溶液として旭硝子株式会社から入手できる、LF200グレード(150g)である。本実施例で用いられる顔料は、デュポン株式会社から入手できる、Ti−Pure(登録商法)R−105(57g)である。本実施例で用いられる疎水的に改質されたシリカは、キャボットコーポレーションから入手できるCab−o−sil TS−720(10g)である。使用される架橋剤は、バイエルから入手できるDesmodur(登録商標)N3300(16g)である。本実施例で用いられる触媒は、アルドリッチから入手できるジラウリン酸ジブチルスズ(0.1%MEK溶液の0.15g)である。前記顔料およびシリカは、ハイシェアミキサを用いてLumiflon(登録商標)溶液と混合され、次いで溶媒、架橋剤および触媒が添加される。
実施例3は、本発明の他の実施形態による水蒸気透過率(WVTR)について疎水性シリカの効果を説明する。
メチルエチルケトン(MEK)中に、Lumiflon(登録商標)LF−200(旭硝子株式会社、OH値52、N.V.60重量%)、CAB−O−SIL(登録商標)TS−720(キャボットコーポレーション)、Ti−Pure(登録商標)R−105、架橋剤としてDesmodur(登録商標)N3300、および触媒としてジラウリン酸ジブチルスズを含む液剤を調製した。前記剤を調製する際、Lumiflon(登録商標):Desmodur N3300:ジラウリン酸ジブチルスズの固形分の比率は、それぞれ100:17.78 0.00016に調整し、並びにCAB−O−SIL TS−720およびTiPure R−105を固形分がこれらの添加後に表5に示した値となるようにMEKで希釈した。
実施例4では、本発明の他の実施形態、すなわちLumiflon(登録商標)ベースの「パッチキット」剤の調製を説明する。
Claims (10)
- 基質;および
基質上で硬化したフルオロポリマーを含む層を含み、前記フルオロポリマーを含む層が疎水性シリカを含む、太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。 - 前記基質がポリエステル樹脂で製造される、請求項1に記載のバックシート。
- 前記疎水性シリカが、ポリジメチルシロキサンポリマーで表面処理されたものである、請求項1に記載のバックシート。
- 前記フルオロポリマーを含む層中のシリカの含量が2.5〜15重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載のバックシート。
- 前記フルオロポリマーを含む層が二酸化チタンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバックシート。
- 前記フルオロポリマーを含む層が、クロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTFE)および1または2以上のアルキルビニルエーテルのフルオロ共重合体である、請求項1に記載のバックシート。
- フルオロ共重合体と混合した架橋剤をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のバックシート。
- ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン、液晶高分子、アクラー、アルミニウム、スパッタされた酸化アルミニウムのポリエステル、スパッタされた二酸化ケイ素のポリエステル、スパッタされた酸化アルミニウムのポリカーボネート、およびスパッタされた二酸化ケイ素のポリカーボネートを1または2以上含む層をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバックシート。
- 前記フルオロ共重合体と混合した架橋剤を含む層を、粘着剤を用いずにポリエステル層に塗布されたものである、請求項8に記載のバックシート。
- EVA層をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のバックシート。
