また、流体加熱装置100で、加熱面の表面で気泡がたくさん発生されるが、縦横比の低い加熱流路の断面積では流体の温度の差が大きく、流体が相対的に低い流速で加熱面を通過するので、加熱面に捕集された気泡が成長して大きくなる確率が高くなる。
加熱面積を7.5cm2[=50mm×15mm]で、発熱抵抗が35Ωの二つの板状セラミックスヒーターを並列に連結して使用し、水平及び垂直の流路の断面積を0.32cm2[=2mm(h)×16mm(w、加熱面)、w/h=8]で流体加熱装置を構成した。
発熱抵抗が20Ωで、内径6.5mm、外径10mm、発熱長さ80mmである円筒状セラミックスヒーターを使用し、流路形成チューブ(外径5mm、内径4mm)を内径面に挿入して流体加熱装置を構成した。
加熱面積が7.5cm2[=50mm×15mm]で、発熱抵抗が40Ωの四つの板状セラミックスヒーターを直列に連結して使用し、水平及び垂直の流路の断面積を0.08cm2[=0.5mm(h)×16mm(w,加熱面)、w/h=32]で流体加熱装置を構成した。
発熱抵抗が20Ωで、内径6.5mm、外径10mm、発熱長さ80mmの従来技術のチューブ型セラミックスヒーターを使用した流体加熱装置を構成して220Vの電源を印加し、毎分1〜1.2Lの水流量を連続的に流した。

Claims (7)
- 電源を印加するための端子リード線(101)を備える平板状セラミックスヒーター(102)と;
上記セラミックスヒーター(102)の上、下側では、加熱しようとする流体がセラミックスヒーター(102)の方向に移動し、セラミックスヒーター(102)によって加熱された流体が排出されるように水平移動流体経路を有して結合される間隔板(105)と;
上記水平移動流体経路上の流体が次の層の流体経路に垂直に移動できるように、流体通路を有して結合される流路形成板(106)と;
最上側の間隔板(105)の外側面に加熱するための流体を供給するための流入孔(110)を有して結合される上蓋(111)と;
最下側の間隔板(105)の外側面に加熱された流体を排出するための流出孔(112)を有して結合される下蓋(113)で構成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 流体の流入及び排出のための流入孔(110)と流出孔(112)を有するケース(161)に結合される円筒状セラミックスヒーター(160)を含み、
上記円筒状セラミックスヒーター(160)の内部に円筒状セラミックスヒーター(160)の内径面に加熱流路を形成する流路形成チューブ(162)を挿入して構成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 上記セラミックスヒーターと隣接する加熱流路の断面積の縦横比は加熱流路の高さ(h)に対して幅(w)が3倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体加熱装置。
- 上記セラミックスヒーター(102)は加熱容量を増大させることができるように交互に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体加熱装置。
- 上記流路形成板(106)の代わりにセラミックスヒーター(102)を介在して加熱容量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体加熱装置。
- 上記間隔板(105)、流路形成板(106)、上蓋(111)、下蓋(113)、ケース(160)または流路形成チューブ(162)は密封可能なセラミックス、プラスチック、金属、非鉄金属の中の何れか一つ以上の材質で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体加熱装置。
- 上記間隔板(105)と流路形成板(106)、上蓋(111)、下蓋(113)または、上記間隔板(105)と流路形成板(106)または,上記間隔板(105)と上蓋(111)または,上記間隔板(105)と下蓋(113)は一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体加熱装置。
