Abstract
Description
PolyG 20−265は、Arch Chemicalsから入手したポリエーテルポリオールであり、
PolyG 20−112は、Arch Chemicalsから入手したポリエーテルポリオールであり、
PolyG 20−56は、Arch Chemicalsから入手したポリエーテルポリオールであり、
EE−2 ポリマーは、Westlake Chemicalから入手した酸化ポリエチレンであり、
Elvacite 2016は、Lucite Internationalから入手したMMA/n−BMAコポリマーであり、
Mondur Mは、Bayerから入手したMDIである。
表1に示す量のポリエーテルポリオール、EE−2 ポリマー、およびMMA/n−BMAコポリマーを洗浄した容器に入れ、様々な反応性ホットメルト接着剤の配合物を製造した。この混合物を、次いで、120〜140℃の温度で約1〜3時間、溶融した。この混合物を溶融する間、3つの穴があるケトルの蓋と撹拌パドルを備えた、前記容器を収容できるGlascol加熱マントルを120℃に予熱した。次いで、容器をGlascol加熱マントル中に入れ、撹拌しながら系を2時間真空にした。真空を解除した後、MDIを混合物に添加し、約120〜140℃の範囲の温度で約2〜3時間反応させた。反応後、この混合物を脱気し、抜き出したバッチを個々の容器に入れた。
Claims (11)
- イソシアネート、ポリオール、および官能基変性ポリオレフィンから製造される湿気反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、
結晶性ポリエステルポリオールを実質的に含まないことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記官能基変性ポリオレフィンが、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、チオール、アミノ、エポキシ、シリル、およびこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される反応性部分を有するポリオレフィンである、請求項1に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 前記官能基変性ポリオレフィンが、酸化ポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 前記ポリオールが、ポリエーテルポリオール、非晶質ポリエステルポリオール、液状ポリエステルポリオール、ポリブタジエンジオール、ポリイソブチレンジオール、ポリアミド、ひまし油、およびこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 熱可塑性材料を使用して製造される、請求項1に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 消泡剤、可塑剤、相溶性粘着性付与剤、紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、ワックス、接着促進剤、フィラー、チキソトロープ剤、硬化触媒、またはこれらの混合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 湿気に曝すことによって硬化させた、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 請求項7に記載の硬化させた接着剤を含む製品。
- 材料と材料を接着する方法であって、
液状の請求項1に記載の湿気反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物を第1の基体に塗布するステップと、
第2の基体を前記第1の基体に塗布された組成物と接触させるステップと、
前記組成物を冷却し、硬化させて、不可逆的に固体状にする状態に前記組成物を曝すステップと
を含み、
前記状態が湿気を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 長時間のオープンタイムを必要とする、物品を製造する方法であって、
請求項1に記載の接着剤を基体表面に塗布するステップと、
第2の基体表面を前記第1の基体表面と接触させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法によって製造される製品。
