本发明涉及一种家电面板粘贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的各组分:结晶性聚酯多元醇,30‑50份;无定形聚酯多元醇,5‑15份;聚醚多元醇,20‑30份;丙烯酸树脂,20‑30份;异氰酸酯,根据异氰酸酯数摩尔比NCO/OH=1.5~2.0添加;催化剂,0.15‑0.50份;硅烷偶联剂,百分之0.5~3份。本发明制备的胶黏剂,适用于家电面板的粘贴,尤其适用于玻璃和塑料的粘接,固化过程溶剂排放量为零,固化速度快,固化后具有高而稳定的拉拔强度和剪切强度、且具有良好的耐热性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶黏剂,尤其涉及一种家电面板粘接用胶黏剂。
背景技术
家电面板在粘贴过程中,需要将塑料和玻璃粘贴到一起。现有的随着工业自动化的发展,为适应流水线的快速生产节奏,发明出了高强度双面胶带,溶剂型胶粘剂,水性胶粘剂等系列初期强度很高的产品。高强度双面胶带倡人工贴合,效率低下,最终强度差;溶剂型胶粘剂有大量voc排放,难烘干,污染严重,能耗高;水性粘合剂虽属于环保型产品,但是烘干能耗高,效率低下,不能满足自动化流水线的生产节拍。对于高性能的塑料和玻璃快速装配用的胶粘剂需求越来越大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种家电面板粘贴用胶黏剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种家电面板粘贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
结晶性聚酯多元醇, 30-50份;
无定形聚酯多元醇, 5-15份;
聚醚多元醇, 20-30份;
丙烯酸树脂, 20-30份;
异氰酸酯,根据异氰酸酯数摩尔比NCO/OH=1.8~2.2添加;
催化剂, 0.15-0.50份;
硅烷偶联剂,百分之 0.5~3份。
进一步的,所述结晶性聚酯多元醇为聚已二酸-1,6-已二醇酯二醇、聚已二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、聚癸二酸已二醇酯二醇、聚已内酯的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述无定形聚酯多元醇为斯泰潘(南京)化学有限公司的PN110、赢创德固赛公司的DYNACOLL 7130、赢创德固赛公司的DYNACOLL 7140中的任一种。
进一步的,所述聚醚多元醇是以含羟基或含氨基或含羟基和氨基的低分子化合物作为起始剂,引发得到的分子量为300-4000的主链含有醚键羟基封端的低聚物。
进一步的,所述催化剂为异三亚乙基二胺、四甲基乙二胺、吗啉基二乙基醚,N-甲基咪唑、三乙胺中的任一种。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯胺丙级三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-异氰酸酯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的任一种。
进一步的,所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯、对苯二异氰酸酯、1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、三甲基-1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、四甲基间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基联苯二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯中一种或多种。
一种家电面板粘贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、将结晶性聚酯多元醇、无定形聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、丙烯酸树脂脱水至300ppm以下,加热后备用;
S2、根据异氰酸酯数NCO/OH摩尔比,将计量好的异氰酸酯加入到反应釜中,并升温至70℃;
S3、将步骤S1混合物加入到步骤S2中反应釜中,加热至120℃后抽真空,保持温度在120℃-130℃下反应30min;
S4、用氮气排空反应釜中的空气,恢复常压后加入催化剂和硅烷偶联剂,持续反应15min,得到胶黏剂。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明制备的胶黏剂,适用于家电面板的粘贴,尤其适用于玻璃和塑料的粘贴,固化过程溶剂排放量为零,固化速度快,固化后具有高而稳定的拉拔强度和剪切强度、且具有良好的耐热性。

将聚已二酸-1,6-已二醇酯二醇300g、PN110,50g、分子量1000的聚醚多元醇200g、丙烯酸树脂200g脱水至300ppm以下,加热后备用;根据异氰酸酯数NCO/OH摩尔比1.8加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,将加入到反应釜中,并升温至70℃;将备用料加入到反应釜中加热至120℃后抽真空,保持温度在120℃-130℃下反应30min;用氮气排空反应釜中的空气,恢复常压后加入0.15g吗啉基二乙基醚和5g苯胺丙级三乙氧基硅烷,持续反应15min,得到胶黏剂。
实施例2
将聚已二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇400g、DYNACOLL 7130,100g、分子量2000的聚醚多元醇250g、丙烯酸树脂250g脱水至300ppm以下,加热后备用;根据异氰酸酯数NCO/OH摩尔比2.0加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,将加入到反应釜中,并升温至70℃;将备用料加入到反应釜中加热至120℃后抽真空,保持温度在120℃-130℃下反应30min;用氮气排空反应釜中的空气,恢复常压后加入0.25g吗啉基二乙基醚和5g苯胺丙级三乙氧基硅烷,持续反应15min,得到胶黏剂。
实施例3
将聚已二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇300g、DYNACOLL 7140,150g、分子量2000的聚醚多元醇250g、丙烯酸树脂300g脱水至300ppm以下,加热后备用;根据异氰酸酯数NCO/OH摩尔比2.2加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,将加入到反应釜中,并升温至70℃;将备用料加入到反应釜中加热至120℃后抽真空,保持温度在120℃-130℃下反应30min;用氮气排空反应釜中的空气,恢复常压后加入0.15g吗啉基二乙基醚和5gγ-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,持续反应15min,得到胶黏剂。
实施例4
将聚已二酸-1,6-已二醇酯二醇和聚已二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇混合物500g、PN110,50g、分子量1000的聚醚多元醇200g、丙烯酸树脂250g脱水至300ppm以下,加热后备用;根据异氰酸酯数NCO/OH摩尔比1.8加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,将加入到反应釜中,并升温至70℃;将备用料加入到反应釜中加热至120℃后抽真空,保持温度在120℃-130℃下反应30min;用氮气排空反应釜中的空气,恢复常压后加入0.15g吗啉基二乙基醚和5g苯胺丙级三乙氧基硅烷,持续反应15min,得到胶黏剂。

实施例6
将聚已二酸-1,6-已二醇酯二醇和聚已二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇混合物500g、DYNACOLL 7140,100g、分子量1500的聚醚多元醇100g、丙烯酸树脂300g脱水至300ppm以下,加热后备用;根据异氰酸酯数NCO/OH摩尔比2.2加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,将加入到反应釜中,并升温至70℃;将备用料加入到反应釜中加热至120℃后抽真空,保持温度在120℃-130℃下反应30min;用氮气排空反应釜中的空气,恢复常压后加入0.15g吗啉基二乙基醚和5gγ-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,持续反应15min,得到胶黏剂。
测试结果
注:粘度——BROOKFIELD DV2T+BROOKFIELD THEMOSEL27#转子
开放时间——在恒温很湿实验室内,将聚氨酯热熔胶加热到110℃,用点胶机打出约1mm宽的胶线于ABS片材(150mm*25mm*3mm)上,然后用另一块ABS片材过一段时间进行轻轻压合,直至后一片ABS上无残胶的时间为开放时间。
拉拔力测试——粘接基材为ABS//油墨玻璃,拉拔速度为20mm/min
剪切强度测试——粘接基材为ABS//油墨玻璃,剪切速度为50mm/min

4.根据权利要1所述的一种家电面板粘贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇是以含羟基或含氨基或含羟基和氨基的低分子化合物作为起始剂,引发得到的分子量为300-4000的主链含有醚键羟基封端的低聚物。
5.根据权利要1所述的一种家电面板粘贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述催化剂为三亚乙基二胺、四甲基乙二胺、吗啉基二乙基醚,N-甲基咪唑、三乙胺中的任一种。
