Claims (11)
- 液圧ブロックのポンプ孔内に組み込まれるポンプ要素であって、ポンププランジャー(7)、該ポンププランジャー(7)のための戻しばね(6)、及び入口弁(12)を備えており、該入口弁は入口弁カバー(8)を有しており、該入口弁カバーに閉鎖ばね(10)及び閉鎖体(11)を配置してある形式のものにおいて、
前記入口弁カバー(8)は、高圧シール区分(9)を有しており、該高圧シール区分は、少なくとも前記ポンプ孔内への前記ポンプ要素(1)の取り付けの前に前記ポンププランジャー(7)と力伝達可能に結合される弁座要素(13)に、前記戻しばね(6)によるばね力を受けて軸線方向で接触しており、前記入口弁カバー(8)を前記弁座要素(13)に対して中心位置決めするための位置決め手段(29)が設けられていることを特徴とするポンプ要素。 - 前記入口弁カバー(8)と前記弁座要素(13)との間では、引っ張り力を受け止める力伝達可能な結合は行われていない請求項1に記載のポンプ要素。
- 前記位置決め手段(29)は、有利には前記弁座要素(13)に設けられた少なくとも1つの面取り部(30)を含んでいる請求項1又は2に記載のポンプ要素。
- 前記戻しばね(6)は、前記ポンプ孔内への前記ポンプ要素(1)の取り付けの前に、前記弁座要素(13)を軸線方向でフィルター要素(14)に向けて押圧しており、該フィルター要素内に前記ポンププランジャー(7)を軸線方向で挿入してあり、前記フィルター要素は、有利には嵌合により、特に係止結合部を用いて筒状要素(5)と結合されており、該筒状要素は前記戻しばね(6)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでいる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ要素。
- 前記弁座要素(13)と前記ポンププランジャー(7)との間の前記力伝達可能な結合は、少なくとも部分的に、有利には完全に半径方向力成分(27)によって形成されており、前記半径方向力成分は、前記弁座要素(13)とフィルター要素(14)との間の斜めの接触面(25,26)及び、前記戻しばね(6)により前記弁座要素(13)に作用する軸線方向のばね力負荷に基づき形成されている請求項4に記載のポンプ要素。
- 前記弁座要素(13)と前記ポンププランジャー(7)との間の前記力伝達可能な結合は、締め付け結合を含んでいる請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ要素。
- 前記弁座要素(13)と前記ポンププランジャー(7)との間の前記力伝達可能な結合は、接着結合を含んでいる請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ要素。
- 自動車のブレーキ装置のための液圧ブロックにおいて、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の、ポンプ孔内に受容されたポンプ要素(1)を有していることを特徴とする、ポンプ要素を有する液圧ブロック。
- 特に請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ要素(1)の組立方法において、次の工程を有しており、つまり、
高圧シール区分(9)を有する入口弁カバー(8)を、ポンププランジャー(7)のためのすでに組み込まれた戻しばね(6)に軸線方向で被せ嵌め、
次いで閉鎖ばね(10)及び閉鎖体(11)を、前記入口弁カバー(8)内に軸線方向で挿入し、
次いで弁座要素(13)を、前記入口弁カバー(8)に軸線方向で被せ嵌めることを特徴とする、ポンプ要素の組立方法。 - 前記ポンプ要素(11)の前記すべての構成部分を軸線方向で順次に組み立てる請求項9に記載の組立方法。
- 前記ポンプ要素(11)の最後の組立工程として、前記液圧ブロックのポンプ孔内への前記ポンプ要素(1)の挿入の前に、フィルター要素(14)を前記ポンププランジャー(7)に被せ嵌め、かつ、前記戻しばね(6)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでいる筒状要素(5)に、力を伝達可能な結合により固定する請求項9又は10に記載の組立方法。
