Claims (7)
- 袋用溶融装置(10)のための押出し手段(20)のためのピストン式ワイパプレートであって、軸方向の上面(24´)および軸方向の下面(24´´)を有しかつ弾力性・柔軟性のある材料からなる一体的なワイパプレート(24)と、応力が緩和された状態で、作業プレートを、閉じた状態に取り囲む、径方向外側のワイパ縁部(24A)とを有するピストン式ワイパプレートにおいて、
前記ワイパプレート(24)には、自らの軸方向の上面および/または自らの軸方向の下面におよび/または自らの軸方向の上面と下面との間に挿入されており、かつ前記ワイパプレートの少なくとも1つの径方向の圧縮を可能にする少なくとも1つの開口部(24C,24D)が設けられていること、および
前記開口部(24C,24D)へは、少なくとも1つの膨張可能な復元要素(25)が挿入されておりまたは挿入可能であることを特徴とするピストン式ワイパプレート。 - 前記少なくとも1つの開口部(24C,24D)は、放射状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストン式ワイパプレート。
- 径方向に延びており、ギャップによって互いに分けられており、かつ少なくとも自らの径方向の外縁で繋がっている複数の円弧が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のピストン式ワイパプレート。
- 前記復元要素は、ゴム弾性的な材料を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のピストン式ワイパプレート。
- 前記復元要素は、前記少なくとも1つの開口部と実質的に同形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のピストン式ワイパプレート。
- シリンダ状の収容スペースと、ピストン式ワイパプレートを有する押出しピストン(22)の形態をとる、収容スペースの中で軸方向に移動可能な押出し手段と、を具備する、袋用溶融装置において、
請求項1ないし5の特徴の少なくとも1つを有するワイパプレートを用いることを特徴とする袋用溶融装置。 - 収容スペースから押出し可能な作業物質(16)のためのシリンダ状の収容スペース(12)の挿入口に、挿入用錐形部(12C´)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の袋用溶融装置。
