Abstract
【解決手段】複数のチューブ5が並列に設けられたコア部2に熱交換流体を供給する熱交換器1のヘッダタンク3であって、熱交換流体をヘッダタンク3に導入する導入部9と、ヘッダタンク3内に突出し、導入部9の中心軸方向と交差する方向に延設し、中心軸方向に並列に設けられ、熱交換流体をチューブ5に流入する複数のリブ8a〜8dとを備え、複数のリブ8a〜8dは、導入部9からの距離が大きくなるにつれて、ヘッダタンク3内へ突出する。

Claims (6)
- 複数のチューブが並列に設けられたコア部に熱交換流体を供給する熱交換器のヘッダタンクであって、
前記熱交換流体を前記ヘッダタンクに導入する導入部と、
前記ヘッダタンク内に突出し、前記導入部の中心軸方向と交差する方向に延設し、前記中心軸方向に並列に設けられ、前記熱交換流体を前記チューブに流入する複数のリブとを備え、
前記複数のリブは、前記導入部からの距離が大きくなるにつれて、前記ヘッダタンク内へ突出することを特徴とする熱交換器のヘッダタンク。 - 前記複数のリブは、前記チューブ側へ突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンク。
- 前記複数のリブは、前記リブが突出する前記ヘッダタンクの内壁と向かい合う前記ヘッダタンクの内壁側へ突出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンク。
- 前記複数のリブは、前記導入部からの距離が小さくなるにつれて、前記導入部の中心軸を含み、前記ヘッダタンクの略中心を通る面からの距離が大きくなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンク。
- 前記複数のチューブは、前記導入部の中心軸と交差する方向に並列に設けられ、
前記複数のリブは、前記導入部からの距離が大きくなるにつれて、外側に位置する前記チューブに前記熱交換流体を流入することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンク。 - 前記リブは、前記導入部側に突出する凸部を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンク。
