以下、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の第1実施形態に係る熱交換器としてのインタークーラ100について説明する。図1は、インタークーラ100の概略を説明するための図である。
続いて、本発明の第2実施形態に係る熱交換器としてのインタークーラ200が備える第1ヘッダタンク120について図6から図8を参照しながら説明する。図6は、第1ヘッダタンク120について説明するための模式図であって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する。図7は、図6の矢視VIIであって、一部を切欠いて第1ヘッダタンク120の内側を示す図である。図8は、図7の矢視VIIIであって、一部を切欠いて第1ヘッダタンク120の内側を示す図である。

Claims (5)
- 複数のチューブが並列に設けられたコアに熱交換流体を供給する熱交換器のヘッダタンクであって、
前記ヘッダタンクの一端側において2つの側壁のうちいずれかの側壁側に偏って設けられ、前記熱交換流体を前記ヘッダタンクに導入する導入部と、
前記2つの側壁のうち前記導入部から導入される前記熱交換流体が沿って流れる一方の側壁側において前記ヘッダタンク内に突出して設けられ、前記ヘッダタンクの他端に近いほど前記コアに近づく第1リブと、
前記2つの側壁のうち前記ヘッダタンクの前記他端側を経由して前記ヘッダタンクの前記一端側に向けて還流する前記熱交換流体が沿って流れる他方の側壁側において前記ヘッダタンク内に突出して設けられ、前記ヘッダタンクの前記一端に近いほど前記コアに近づく第2リブと、
を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器のヘッダタンク。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンクであって、
前記導入部の中心軸は、前記コアにおける前記複数のチューブの側面で形成された面に対して直交する方向に沿う、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器のヘッダタンク。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンクであって、
前記導入部の中心軸は、前記複数のチューブが並列に設けられた方向に沿う、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器のヘッダタンク。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンクであって、
前記第1リブは、前記ヘッダタンクの前記他端側が前記コアに向かって湾曲して設けられ、
前記第2リブは、前記ヘッダタンクの前記一端側が前記コアに向かって湾曲して設けられる、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器のヘッダタンク。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器のヘッダタンクであって、
前記第1リブ及び前記第2リブは、それぞれ複数設けられる、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器のヘッダタンク。
