Abstract
【解決手段】車両の電源装置は、DC/DCコンバータ6によって降圧された電圧を受ける補機負荷7および補機バッテリ5と、充電器42、DC/DCコンバータ6および補機負荷7を制御する制御装置30とを備える。制御装置30は、補機負荷7を使用可能とする第1の指示と、充電器42を使用して主バッテリMBへの充電を可能とする第2の指示とを受ける。制御装置30は、第2の指示を受けた後に第1の指示を受けた場合には、補機負荷7を一旦使用可能とするように車両状態を制御してから、所定時間経過後に補機負荷7における電力消費を抑制するように車両状態を変更する。

Description
好ましくは、車両の電源装置は、運転者の操作に応じて第1の指示を制御装置に与えるためのイグニッションキースイッチまたはスタートスイッチのいずれかと、車両に充電ケーブルが接続されたことを検出して第2の指示を制御装置に与えるための検出部とをさらに備える。
図1は、車両の電源装置が搭載された車両1の構成を示す回路図である。
、電圧VB,VL,VHの各値、モータ電流値MCRT1,MCRT2およびイグニッション信号IGON、プラグイン通知信号IGPを受ける。そして制御装置30は、電圧コンバータ12に対して昇圧指示および降圧指示を行なう制御信号PWUDを出力する。
外部充電中に補機負荷での電力消費が大きい場合には、主バッテリMBへの充電電力も少なくなってしまい、充電効率が悪くなることも考えられる。そのような場合には、一定時間経過後に警告したり、補機負荷7への通電を自動的に遮断したりすれば良い。
図5は、本実施の形態の電源装置の制御の一例を説明するための動作波形図である。
好ましくは、車両の電源装置は、運転者の操作に応じて第1の指示を制御装置30に与えるためのイグニッションスイッチ52(またはスタートスイッチ)と、車両に充電ケーブルが接続されたことを検出して第2の指示を制御装置30に与えるための検出部(コネクタ44)とをさらに備える。
Claims (5)
- 電力で車両を駆動する駆動装置を備えた車両の電源装置であって、
前記駆動装置に電力を供給する主蓄電装置と、
車両外部から電力を受けて前記主蓄電装置に充電を行なうための充電器と、
前記主蓄電装置の電圧を降圧する電圧変換器と、
前記電圧変換器によって降圧された電圧を受ける補機負荷および補機用蓄電装置と、
前記充電器、前記電圧変換器および前記補機負荷を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記補機負荷を使用可能とする第1の指示と、前記充電器を使用して前記主蓄電装置への充電を可能とする第2の指示とを受け、
前記制御装置は、前記第2の指示を受けた後に前記第1の指示を受けた場合には、前記補機負荷を一旦使用可能とするように車両状態を制御してから、所定時間経過後に前記補機負荷における電力消費を抑制するように車両状態を変更する、車両の電源装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2の指示に応じて前記主蓄電装置への充電が開始された後に前記第1の指示を受けた場合に、前記主蓄電装置および前記補機用蓄電装置の充電電力の合計が第1しきい値より少ないときには、前記電圧変換器および前記補機用蓄電装置から前記補機負荷に電力を供給する経路を遮断させる、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第2の指示に応じて前記主蓄電装置への充電が開始された後に前記第1の指示を受けた場合に、前記主蓄電装置および前記補機用蓄電装置の充電電力の合計が第2しきい値より少ないときには、運転者に対する警告を発信する、請求項1または2に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記第1しきい値は前記第2しきい値よりも小さく設定される、請求項3に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 運転者の操作に応じて前記第1の指示を前記制御装置に与えるためのイグニッションキースイッチまたはスタートスイッチのいずれかと、
前記車両に充電ケーブルが接続されたことを検出して前記第2の指示を前記制御装置に与えるための検出部とをさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両の電源装置。
