Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関10の排気通路11に設けられた排気ガス処理装置30と、排気ガス処理装置30の上流側に設けられ、排気ガス処理装置30に燃料を供給する排気管内燃料噴射手段24と、排気ガス処理装置30の下流側に設けられたNOx検出手段13と、内燃機関10の運転状態に基づいて内燃機関10の燃焼を制御する制御部40とを有する排気ガス浄化装置1において、制御部40は、排気ガス処理装置30に捕集されたPMを焼却除去すべく、排気管内燃料噴射手段24から排気ガス処理装置30に燃料を供給するとともに、NOx検出手段13の検出値を内燃機関10出口のNOx値として記憶するようにした。

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた排気ガス処理装置と、前記排気ガス処理装置の上流側の排気通路内に設けられ、前記排気ガス処理装置に燃料を供給する排気管内燃料噴射手段と、前記排気ガス処理装置の下流側に設けられたNOx検出手段と、前記内燃機関の運転状態に基づいて前記内燃機関の燃焼を制御する制御部とを有する排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置に捕集されたPMを焼却除去すべく、前記排気管内燃料噴射手段から前記排気ガス処理装置に燃料を供給するとともに、前記NOx検出手段の検出値を前記内燃機関出口のNOx値として記憶する
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置は、前記排気ガス処理装置内の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備え、
前記制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置に捕集されたPMを焼却除去すべく、前記排気管内燃料噴射手段から前記排気ガス処理装置に燃料を供給した後に、一定時間が経過し、かつ、前記温度検出手段による温度検出値の変化量が一定時間継続して所定値以下であり、かつ、前記NOx検出手段による検出値の変化量が一定時間継続して所定値以下である場合に、前記NOx検出手段の検出値を前記内燃機関出口のNOx値として記憶する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じて生成されるNOx値に対して噴射する燃料噴射量を示すマップを有し、
前記マップのNOx値と、前記内燃機関出口のNOx値として記憶されたNOx検出手段の検出値との差に基づいて、前記マップのNOx値を補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置は、酸化触媒とLNT吸蔵還元型触媒とDPFとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置は、酸化触媒とSCR選択還元型触媒とDPFとを有するとともに、前記SCR選択還元型触媒の上流側には、還元剤である尿素水を供給する還元剤噴射手段が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた排気ガス処理装置と、前記排気ガス処理装置の上流側の排気通路内に設けられ、前記排気ガス処理装置に燃料を供給する排気管内燃料噴射手段と、前記排気ガス処理装置の下流側に設けられたNOx検出手段と、前記内燃機関の運転状態に基づいて前記内燃機関の燃焼を制御する制御部とを有する排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法において、
前記制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置に捕集されたPMを焼却除去すべく、前記排気管内燃料噴射手段から前記排気ガス処理装置に燃料を供給するとともに、前記NOx検出手段の検出値を前記内燃機関出口のNOx値として記憶する
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置は、前記排気ガス処理装置内の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備え、
前記制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置に捕集されたPMを焼却除去すべく、前記排気管内燃料噴射手段から前記排気ガス処理装置に燃料を供給した後に、一定時間が経過し、かつ、前記温度検出手段による温度検出値の変化量が一定時間継続して所定値以下であり、かつ、前記NOx検出手段による検出値の変化量が一定時間継続して所定値以下である場合に、前記NOx検出手段の検出値を前記内燃機関出口のNOx値として記憶する

前記マップのNOx値と、前記内燃機関出口のNOx値として記憶されたNOx検出手段の検出値との差に基づいて、前記マップのNOx値を補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置は、酸化触媒とLNT吸蔵還元型触媒とDPFとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置は、酸化触媒とSCR選択還元型触媒とDPFとを有するとともに、前記SCR選択還元型触媒の上流側には、還元剤である尿素水を供給する還元剤噴射手段が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。
