Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置と、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度を検出する指標温度検出手段と、該指標温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の浄化能力を回復するための強制再生制御を行う制御装置を備え、該制御装置が、強制再生制御の際に、前記触媒温度指標温度が所定の第1判定温度より低い場合は、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を伴わないマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、前記触媒温度指標温度が前記所定の第1判定温度以上の場合は、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射に加えてポスト噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行う排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
前記第1排気ガス昇温制御で行うマルチ噴射の噴射量と噴射タイミングを、第1マルチ噴射用マップデータに基づいて算出し、前記第2排気ガス昇温制御で行うマルチ噴射の噴射量と噴射タイミングを、前記第1マルチ噴射用マップデータとは異なる第2マルチ噴射用マップデータに基づいて算出することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 前記第1排気ガス昇温制御においては、マルチ噴射の噴射量を増加し、マルチ噴射の噴射タイミングを、通常運転時の燃料噴射タイミングよりもより遅らせ、前記第2排気ガス昇温制御においては、マルチ噴射の噴射量を排気ガス温度の維持に必要な量まで減少し、マルチ噴射の噴射タイミングに関しては、前記第1排気ガス昇温制御時のマルチ噴射の噴射タイミングよりも遅れを少なくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記強制再生制御に、手動再生制御が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置と、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度を検出する指標温度検出手段と、該指標温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の浄化能力を回復するための強制再生制御を行う制御装置を備え、該制御装置が、強制再生制御の際に、前記触媒温度指標温度が所定の第1判定温度より低い場合は、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を伴わないマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、前記触媒温度指標温度が前記所定の第1判定温度以上の場合は、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射に加えてポスト噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行う排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、前記第1排気ガス昇温制御で行うマルチ噴射の噴射量と噴射タイミングを、第1マルチ噴射用マップデータに基づいて算出し、前記第2排気ガス昇温制御で行うマルチ噴射の噴射量と噴射タイミングを、前記第1マルチ噴射用マップデータとは異なる第2マルチ噴射用マップデータに基づいて算出する制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記第1排気ガス昇温制御においては、マルチ噴射の噴射量を増加し、マルチ噴射の噴射タイミングを、通常運転時の燃料噴射タイミングよりもより遅らせ、前記第2排気ガス昇温制御においては、マルチ噴射の噴射量を排気ガス温度の維持に必要な量まで減少し、マルチ噴射の噴射タイミングに関しては、前記第1排気ガス昇温制御時のマルチ噴射の噴射タイミングよりも遅れを少なくする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記制御装置が、前記強制再生制御に手動再生制御を含む制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
