Claims (9)
- エンジンの排気中に含まれるPMを捕集しつつ触媒作用により燃焼させる排気浄化装置において、エンジンのPM排出量を求める手段、フィルタのPM燃焼量を求める手段、PM排出量からPM燃焼量を引く減算値を順次に積算してフィルタのPM堆積量を求める手段、PM堆積量が所定値以上のときに強制再生時期を判定する手段、運転時間または運転距離が強制再生用に設定のインターバルに達するとその間に強制再生処理の履歴がないときに強制再生時期を判定する手段、運転時間または運転距離または強制再生回数がPM堆積量を定期的に初期化する0リセット強制再生用に設定のインターバルに達すると強制再生時期を判定する手段、強制再生時期との判定を受けるとフィルタ温度を積極的に高める強制再生処理を行う手段、エンジンの経時劣化の進度に応じてPM排出量を補正する手段、フィルタの経時劣化の進度に応じてPM燃焼量を補正する手段、を備えることを特徴とする排気浄化装置。
- エンジンのPM排出量を求める手段は、エンジン回転数とエンジン負荷とからこれらをパラメータに設定されるマップに基づいてPM排出量を求める手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- エンジンのPM排出量を求める手段は、エンジン負荷の変化率に応じてPM排出量を補正する手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の排気浄化装置。
- エンジンのPM排出量を求める手段は、エンジン運転状態として空気過剰率を求める手段、空気過剰率からこれをパラメータに設定されるマップに基づいてスモーク濃度を求める手段、スモーク濃度と吸気流量と燃料流量とからPM排出量を求める手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- エンジンのPM排出量を求める手段は、エンジン運転状態として空気過剰率を求める手段、空気過剰率とエンジン回転数とからこれらをパラメータに設定されるマップに基づいてスモーク濃度を求める手段、スモーク濃度と吸気流量と燃料流量とからPM排出量を求める手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- フィルタのPM燃焼量を求める手段は、吸気流量と排気密度とから排気流量を求める手段、排気流量とフィルタ容積とから空間速度を求める手段、空間速度とフィルタ温度とからこれらをパラメータに設定されるマップに基づいてPM燃焼速度を求める手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- フィルタのPM燃焼量を求める手段は、フィルタ温度からこれをパラメータに設定されるマップに基づいてPM燃焼速度を求める手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- エンジンの劣化進度に応じてPM排出量を補正する手段は、運転時間または運転距離から補正係数を求める手段、を備えることをことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- フィルタの劣化進度に応じてPM燃焼量を補正する手段は、フィルタ温度が許容範囲を超える経過時間の積算値から補正係数を求める手段、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
