Abstract
【解決手段】外歯を有するサンギヤ(5)と、外歯を有して前記サンギヤ(5)に噛合する複数のプラネットギヤ(7)と、内歯を有して前記プラネットギヤ(7)に噛合するリングギヤ(9)とを備え、前記プラネットギヤ(7)は、軸方向に並んだ1対の歯列と、該1対の歯列の間に設けられた環状溝(17)とを有し、軸方向に並んだ1対の転動体列(72)を介して固定支軸(23)に回転自在に支持されている遊星歯車装置(1)において、前記転動体(73)に前記プラネットギヤ(7)の径方向内側から給油する給油通路(LP)と、前記プラネットギヤ(7)における環状溝が形成された中央部を貫通して潤滑油を前記プラネットギヤの外方へ排出する排油孔(91)とを設ける。

Claims (5)
- 外歯を有するサンギヤと、
外歯を有して前記サンギヤに噛合する複数のプラネットギヤと、
内歯を有して前記プラネットギヤに噛合するリングギヤと、
を備え、
前記プラネットギヤは、軸方向に並んだ1対の歯列と、該1対の歯列の間に設けられた環状溝とを有し、軸方向に並んだ1対の転動体列を介して固定支軸に回転自在に支持されており、さらに、
前記転動体に前記プラネットギヤの径方向内側から給油する給油通路と、
前記プラネットギヤにおける環状溝が形成された中央部を貫通して潤滑油を前記プラネットギヤの外方へ排出する排油孔と、
を備えた遊星歯車装置。 - 請求項1において、前記転動体は円柱状のころであり、前記給油通路は、前記ころの両端部に給油する遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記固定支軸の一端部が出力を取り出すプラネタリキャリアに固定され、前記固定支軸の外周に転動体に接触する内輪が固定され、外部の潤滑油供給源からの潤滑油を給油する前記給油通路が、前記プラネタリキャリア、前記固定支軸と前記内輪間の貯油空間、および前記内輪を通って形成されている遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、前記プラネットギヤはやまば歯車である遊星歯車装置。
- 軸方向に並んだ1対の歯列と、該1対の歯列の間に設けられた環状溝とを有するギヤを備え、該ギヤは、軸方向に並んだ1対の転動体列を介して固定支軸に回転自在に支持されており、
さらに、
前記転動体に前記ギヤの径方向内側から給油する給油通路と、
前記ギヤにおける環状溝が形成された中央部を貫通して潤滑油を前記ギヤの外方へ排出する排油孔と、
を備えた歯車減速装置。
