Abstract

Claims (7)
- 外歯を有するサンギヤと、
外歯を有して前記サンギヤに噛合する複数のプラネットギヤと、
内歯を有して前記プラネットギヤに噛合するリングギヤと、
隣接する前記プラネットギヤの間に配置されて側面が該プラネットギヤの外周に近接するバッフルユニットと、
を備え、
前記バッフルユニットは、前記サンギヤの外周に対向する先端部に設けられて前記サンギヤとプラネットギヤ間の噛み合い部に向けて潤滑油を噴射する給油孔と、前記側面に設けられて噴射された前記潤滑油をバッフルユニット内に回収する回収口とを有する遊星歯車装置。 - 請求項1において、前記プラネットギヤは、軸方向中央部の外周面に環状溝を有するやまば歯車からなる遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記バッフルユニットの側面に、前記回収口に潤滑油を案内するガイド片が設けられている遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、前記バッフルユニットに、回収した前記潤滑油を前記リングギヤに供給するリングギヤ給油孔が形成されている遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項において、前記バッフルユニットに、回収した前記潤滑油を軸方向に排出する排出口が形成されている遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項5において、前記排出口における、前記プラネットギヤの径方向外側で、かつ、前記プラネットギヤの公転方向の後側を覆う堰が設けられている遊星歯車装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項において、前記バッフルユニットの側面の内周側端から前記回収口にかけて、前記潤滑油を前記回収口に導入する回収ガイド溝が設けられている遊星歯車装置。
