Abstract
【解決手段】 シリンダ体1と、ロッド体2と、ピストン部3と、ベースバルブ部5とを有する流体圧緩衝器にあって、ピストン部3あるいはベースバルブ部5が減衰部とされ、減衰部がシリンダ体1内に収装されるバルブシート部材(30,50)と、バルブシート部材(50)に離着座可能に隣接するリーフバルブ52とを有し、バルブシート部材(50)がシリンダ体1内にベースバルブ部5で画成されるシリンダ体1内あるいはシリンダ体1外に対向する端面にバルブシート部53を隆起形成すると共にこのバルブシート部53の頂部にリーフバルブ52を離着座可能に隣接させる減衰部構造において、バルブシート部53における頂部あるいはこの頂部に着座するリーフバルブ52のいずれか一方にバルブシート部53の内周側からの流体圧の両者間への導入を許容する保障手段を有してなる。

Claims (3)
- シリンダ体と、このシリンダ体内に出没可能に挿通されるロッド体と、このロッド体の先端部に保持されてシリンダ体内に摺動可能に収装されながらシリンダ体内に作動流体を充満させる一方室と他方室とを画成するピストン部とを有してなり、あるいは、シリンダ体のボトム端部の内側に配設されてシリンダ体内とシリンダ体外とを画成するベースバルブ部をも有してなる流体圧緩衝器にあって、上記のピストン部あるいはベースバルブ部が減衰部とされ、この減衰部が上記のシリンダ体内に収装されるバルブシート部材と、このバルブシート部材に離着座可能に隣接するリーフバルブとを有し、上記のバルブシート部材が上記の一方室あるいは他方室に対向する端面に、もしくは、上記のシリンダ体内あるいはシリンダ体外に対向する端面にバルブシート部を隆起形成すると共にこのバルブシート部の頂部に上記のリーフバルブを離着座可能に隣接させてなる減衰部構造において、上記のバルブシート部における頂部あるいはこの頂部に着座するリーフバルブのいずれか一方にバルブシート部の内周側からの流体圧の両者間への導入を許容する保障手段を有してなることを特徴とする減衰部構造。
- 保障手段がバルブシート部における頂部をこの頂部の内周側から放射方向に切り欠くように形成される内周側の凹陥部と、バルブシート部における頂部をこの頂部の外周側から中心方向に切り欠くように形成される外周側の凹陥部とからなり、各側の凹陥部が頂部を横断しないように形成されると共に頂部の形成方向たる周方向に整列して離間配置されてなる請求項1に記載の減衰部構造。
- 減衰部がピストン部とされてバルブシート部材がピストン体とされ、減衰部がベースバルブ部とされてバルブシート部材がバルブケース体とされてなる請求項1または請求項2に記載の減衰部構造。
