Claims (5)
- ピストンロッドの小径差込部に対してその中央の取付孔を介して取り付けられた圧側及び伸側ポートを有するピストンと、この伸側ポートのうち、ピストンの内面側となる開口端を開閉可能に閉塞すると共に、その中央の取付孔を介して差込部に取り付けられることで、この差込部に沿って上下動可能にされた伸側減衰力発生バルブと、差込部の先端側に螺合されたナットと、このナットに支持されながら伸側減衰力発生バルブを伸側ポート側へ付勢する付勢部材とを備えた油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生バルブ構造であって、上記ナットには上端側先端が伸側減衰力発生バルブより外側となるピストンの内面側下端面に当接してナットとピストンとの上下方向の相対位置を規定する規定部材を設けたことを特徴とする油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生バルブ構造。
- 規定部材は、ナットの外周から延設されて上端側先端が伸側減衰力発生バルブより外側となるピストンの内面に当接する筒体であって、その一部には作動油の流通を可能とする流通孔が形成されている請求項1に記載の油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生バルブ構造。
- ピストンロッドの差込部にはピストンの取付孔における背面側端部と当接して位置決めされる段差部が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生バルブ構造。
- ピストンロッドの差込部にはピストンの取付孔における背面側端部と当接して位置決めされるリング部材が嵌合されている請求項1又は2に記載の油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生バルブ構造。
- 付勢部材は皿ばね又はコイルスプリングである請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生バルブ構造。
