Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリー101の特性を測定するバッテリー状態検知センサ1は、電導性のバッテリーポスト端子12と、シャント抵抗13と、を備える。バッテリーポスト端子12は、バッテリー101が備えるバッテリーポスト102に取り付けられている。シャント抵抗13は、バッテリーポスト端子12に電気的に接続される。シャント抵抗13には、ワイヤハーネス51の接続端子52を固定できるように構成される。また、シャント抵抗13は、接続端子52の回り止めをするための回転阻止部(差込孔15a,15bの内壁)を備える。

Claims (7)
- バッテリーの特性を測定するバッテリー状態検知センサにおいて、
前記バッテリーが備えるバッテリーポストに取り付けることが可能な導電性のバッテリーポスト端子と、
前記バッテリーポスト端子に電気的に接続されたシャント抵抗と、
を備え、
前記シャント抵抗には、ワイヤハーネスに固定された接続端子を固定できるように構成されるとともに、
前記シャント抵抗は、前記接続端子の回り止めをするための回転阻止部を備えることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知センサであって、
前記シャント抵抗には1又は複数の差込凹部が形成され、
前記接続端子に形成された凸部が前記差込凹部に差し込まれることで、前記接続端子の回り止めを行うことを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。 - 請求項2に記載のバッテリー状態検知センサであって、
前記差込凹部は複数形成されており、前記接続端子に形成された凸部を差し込む前記差込凹部を選択することで、前記ワイヤハーネスの向きを変更できることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリー状態検知センサであって、
前記シャント抵抗は幅広部を有し、この幅広部に前記差込凹部が配置されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知センサであって、
前記接続端子に形成された凸部が前記シャント抵抗の外縁部に当たることで、前記接続端子の回り止めを行うことを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。 - 請求項5に記載のバッテリー状態検知センサであって、
前記接続端子の前記凸部が前記シャント抵抗の外縁部に当たる位置を選択することで、前記ワイヤハーネスの向きを変更できることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。 - 請求項1から6までの何れか一項に記載のバッテリー状態検知センサであって、
前記シャント抵抗には、前記接続端子を固定するためのスタッドボルトが圧入固定されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知センサ。
